We join with you in this prayer and we bring your request before our heavenly Father together in the name of Jesus Christ.
We understand your heart is asking God to cleanse your spirit and your mind from something you have watched, something that has entered through the spirit of knowledge and remains troubling you. We know how what we behold with our eyes can linger in our thoughts, and God cares deeply about the purity of our hearts and minds.
The Scripture reminds us, I will set no vile thing before my eyes. Psalm 101:3. And we are called to be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God. Romans 12:2. We are also taught to bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ. 2 Corinthians 10:5 and to fix our thoughts on whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report. Philippians 4:8.
If what was watched was impure, dishonoring to God, or not edifying, we gently encourage you to turn away from it and to guard your eyes and heart going forward. Jesus said the lamp of the body is the eye, and what we allow in affects our whole being. We also take comfort that if we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. 1 John 1:9.

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. Lord, You see what has been watched and what has settled in the mind and spirit. We ask in Jesus' name that You would remove and wash away every image, thought, and influence that does not honor You. Create in us a clean heart, O God. Renew a right spirit within us. Psalm 51:10. Purify our minds and fill us anew with Your Holy Spirit, with Your peace and with Your truth. Help us to turn our eyes from worthless things and to set our minds on things above. Give us discernment to flee from whatever defiles and to pursue holiness, for without holiness no one will see the Lord. Strengthen us to guard our hearts with all diligence, for out of it is the wellspring of life. Proverbs 4:23. We thank You that through Jesus we have forgiveness, cleansing, and freedom, and that You are able to restore and renew us completely. Let Your Word dwell richly within us and let Your joy and purity overflow. In Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.
We encourage you to continue to seek Him daily through prayer and reading His Word, to fill your mind with what is pure and holy, and to avoid returning to whatever caused this burden. God is gracious to cleanse and to give you a renewed mind as you walk closely with Him.

Bless me to know You, the way You want me to know You. So that I will trust You with my life and anyway that You move in my life. Beloved of All
Your lowly and sincere cry has been brought before the Lord, and we join our hearts with yours in seeking His cleansing and deliverance.
There is a fountain opened for sin and for uncleanness, and that fountain is the precious blood of Jesus Christ. It is not a partial cleansing that He gives, but a perfect one. The blood of Jesus Christ, God's Son, cleanses from all sin everyone who believes in Him. No effort of our own, no striving, no tears, can wash the stain from the conscience or blot the image of evil from the mind. Cleansing cannot come from any other place, therefore we must seek it of the Lord who says, I will sprinkle clean water upon you and you shall be clean. Wash me, says the Psalmist, and I shall be whiter than snow.
What you have watched and what now troubles your spirit, the Lord sees and knows. When the soul learns to mourn before the Cross, then it shall perceive that there is cleansing from sin, and that cleansing is followed by a great change of conduct. He not only forgives guilt, but He delivers from the power of sin and gives a new mind and a new heart.
Let us pray together for you.
Heavenly Father, we come through Jesus Christ alone, our only hope and our only ransom. Thou hast found a ransom in the substitutionary sacrifice of Thy Son. Look upon this seeking soul who desires to be made clean from what has entered through the eyes and lodged in the spirit. Lord, sprinkle clean water upon this one and make clean. Wash away guilt and wash away the defilement that remains upon the memory and imagination. Remove what ought not to remain, and fill the mind with the knowledge of Christ and the love of purity. Grant deliverance that is of free grace only, effectual and complete, and keep this soul from returning to that which defiles. Lead into paths of holiness, and give appetite for Thy Word and for that which is pure and lovely. We ask this not because of any merit in us, but because of the blood that cleanses from all sin. In Jesus Christ's name, Amen.
Go to that fountain daily. Turn from that which polluted the mind and set your affection upon Christ. He will keep you and He will make your deliverance sure, so that you shall live and declare the works of the Lord.
