We join you in bringing this desire to relocate and to attend where you have felt led before our heavenly Father, and we thank you for asking in the name of Jesus Christ.
We know that He cares about the desires of your heart and the steps you take, and we pray that His perfect will would be done in this matter. We remember the promise in Jeremiah 29:11, For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, says Yahweh, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you hope and a future. We also cling to Proverbs 3:5-6, Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don’t lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

Father, we lift up this dear one to You in Jesus name and ask for Your clear guidance and provision regarding this relocation and the opportunity to attend. If this is Your will, we ask that You open the doors that no man can shut, provide the resources, favor, housing, transportation, and every need according to Philippians 4:19, My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus. Give wisdom and discernment to know Your timing and to hear Your voice. We pray that You would direct each step as it says in Proverbs 16:9, A man’s heart plans his course, but Yahweh directs his steps. If this is not Your best path, we ask that You close the door gently and redirect with peace, and help our friend to delight in You and trust that You will give the desires of the heart that align with Your purpose as in Psalm 37:4, Also delight yourself in Yahweh, and he will give you the desires of your heart. Let Your peace which surpasses all understanding guard this heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
We encourage you to continue to seek Him daily in prayer and in His Word, to seek godly counsel, and to walk through the open doors He provides while being faithful where you are now. As you wait, trust that His timing is perfect and His plans are for your good and His glory, and that He will make your paths straight as you acknowledge Him. Your prayer for relocation has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the throne of grace in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we must be saved.
We are reminded that there is no attribute more comforting to the children of God than Divine Sovereignty, and that we ought to recognize God's hand in everything. You desire to relocate and to attend that place, and it is right to lay such desires before the Lord, yet always with acquiescence in the Divine will and bowing with submission to it, for by that very fact we are furnished with unerring guidance. Scripture says, Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory.
We pray that the Lord will guide you with His counsel in this matter. Haste is the author of a great deal of mischief in human life, so we ask that He will keep you from hasty resolve and give you great principles infused by His Spirit, to avoid everything that is evil and to walk in the way of holiness. If this relocation be according to His wisdom and love, may He in His Divine interposition open the doors which no man can shut, and at the right moment bring forth His provision so that the praise and the glory will the more fully redound to His name. If it be not His will, may He make that plain also, and give you contentment to abide where He would have you, knowing that He who guides His people here will afterward receive them to glory.

Your desire to relocate and pursue further training has been heard, and it is good to bring such a heartfelt wish before the Lord. He cares about the details of your life and where He would have you live and learn and serve Him.
Scripture shows us that God moves His people in an orderly and purposeful way. When Israel journeyed through the wilderness toward the promised land, each family had its assigned task and each part of the camp moved only at the clear signal. No one was meant to rush ahead on their own. That is a valuable lesson for us. When we are not sure what God wants, the wisest thing is to wait, pray, and stand still until we have clearly heard from Him. Wanting to do something quickly can lead us to move in the wrong way or at the wrong time.
Yet the Bible also shows there is a time to stop waiting and to step forward in faith. When Moses and the people stood before the Red Sea with the army behind them, God told Moses it was not a time to remain in prayer alone but a time to act, to lift what God had given him and to move ahead as God made the way. We can talk and pray about a matter for a long time, but there comes a moment when God calls us to take the step He has shown us.
For your situation both principles apply. Continue to seek the Lord earnestly about this move. Ask Him to make His will unmistakably clear through His Word, through wise counsel, through open or closed doors, and through the peace He gives in your heart. Pray for provision and for every practical need that a relocation requires. If this is the path He has chosen for you, He is able to open the way and confirm it.
