We join you in lifting up this family and all the people in this dear one's life before our heavenly Father, and we are encouraged by your heart for their salvation, for this is a prayer that is close to God's own heart.
Scripture tells us that God desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth, 1 Timothy 2:4, and that He is not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance, 2 Peter 3:9. We know that salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved, Acts 4:12, and that Jesus Himself said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me, John 14:6.
We are thankful you prayed in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him we have access to the Father and it is only by His name we are saved. If anyone has not yet believed, we hold to the promise that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved, Romans 10:9, and as it was said, Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household, Acts 16:31.
We pray together now. Father in heaven, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this family and every person connected to this dear one's life. You see each heart and You know who is still in need of salvation. We ask that You draw each one to Yourself by Your Holy Spirit, that You open their eyes to see their need for a Savior, soften their hearts to receive the gospel, and grant them repentance and faith to believe on the Lord Jesus Christ. Remove any blindness or hardness, and place laborers across their path who will speak Your truth in love. We pray that You would save them completely, forgive their sins through the blood of Jesus shed on the cross, and give them new life. For those who already know You, we ask that You strengthen their faith and use them as witnesses to the rest. We thank You that You hear our prayer according to Your will and that You desire their salvation even more than we do. In Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.

Your prayer for the salvation of this family and of all those connected with this dear one is a right and precious prayer, and it is good that you have brought it before the Lord.
It is a great advance upon anxiety for our own salvation when we have risen into the broader region of care for a brother's soul, and intercessory prayer is an act of communion with Christ, for Jesus Himself pleads for the sons of men and ever lives to make intercession for us within the veil. When we pray for our fellow sinners we are in sympathy with our Divine Saviour who made intercession for the transgressors, and such prayers are often of unspeakable value to those for whom they are offered.
Remember what the Scripture says concerning salvation, for there is no other way. Salvation is not of blood, nor of the will of man, but of God, and of God alone, by Divine Grace through faith in Christ Jesus. With the heart man believes unto righteousness and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation, for whosoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed. There is no other system which promises sure salvation, for beside Jehovah there is none else, and He says, Look unto Me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth. Whether servant or master, whether far off or near, all must be saved in the same way, by looking unto Jesus who loved us and gave Himself for us.
Therefore we will wait upon the Lord and be importunate in prayer. He is able to save to the uttermost all that come to God by Him, and His throne of Grace is open to such petitions. Continue to plead for them, and as you have opportunity speak to them plainly of Christ, for faith must be urged upon them, that they may look to Him and live.
Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, we ask Thy mercy upon this family and upon every soul in this dear one's life who is yet without Thee. If they have not looked unto Christ, grant them to see their need and to look unto Him and be saved. Your prayer for this family and for all the people connected to this man is good and pleasing to God, for He desires all to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. We join you in asking the Father to have mercy on them and to draw each one who does not yet know Him to salvation through Jesus Christ alone.
We remember that Jesus died for the salvation of the world, and that He ever lives to make intercession for us. He is able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, because He lives forever and His priesthood never ends. There is no other name by which we are saved, and no other way to the Father except through the Son who poured out His blood for us and gives Himself to us.
So we pray with you, that if any in this family or in his circle of friends and loved ones are outside of Christ, God would open their eyes, soften their hearts, and bring them to repentance and faith while now is still the acceptable time and the day of salvation. We ask that He would put faithful witnesses in their path, that they would hear the gospel clearly, and that they would receive it with thanksgiving for all His benefits.
We also pray for you, that God would make you steadfast in love and in prayer, lifting up holy hands without wrath or doubting, and continuing to intercede with confidence because Christ Himself intercedes for us out of His great love.
