We join with you in lifting up this man before our Heavenly Father and we thank you for interceding for his soul and for his situation. It is a beautiful and loving thing to pray for another's salvation, for God desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth as shown in 1 Timothy 2:4, and He is patient, not wishing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance as we read in 2 Peter 3:9.
We also stand with you in praying for his case to be overturned, asking that God's perfect justice and mercy would prevail. We know that the Lord loves justice and will not forsake His faithful ones in Psalm 37:28, and that He will judge the world in righteousness in Psalm 9:8. We pray not only for a favorable outcome but for God's will to be done and for truth to be revealed in this matter.
We are encouraged that you have prayed in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved in Acts 4:12. It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father, for Jesus said I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me in John 14:6. If this man has not yet put his trust in Jesus, we pray that he would confess with his mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in his heart that God raised him from the dead, for with the heart one believes resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made resulting in salvation in Romans 10:9-10. For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life in John 3:16.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this man to You. Lord, You know his heart, his needs, and the details of his case that we do not know. If he does not yet know You as Savior, we ask that You would draw him to Yourself, open his eyes to see his need for forgiveness, and grant him repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. Save him, Lord, wash him in the blood of Your Son, and make him a new creation. For those who are already Yours, we ask that You would strengthen his faith and draw him closer to You through this trial.
Father, we also ask for Your hand upon his case. We pray that if it is Your will, You would overturn this case and let justice and truth prevail. We ask that You would give wisdom and integrity to all who have authority over it, and that Your peace which surpasses all understanding would guard his heart and mind in Christ Jesus as promised in Philippians 4:7. Let Your will be done in his life, and use this situation for his good and for Your glory, for we know that to those who love God all things work together for good in Romans 8:28.

Your prayer for this man has been heard with thankfulness, and we gladly join our own supplications with yours before the throne of grace.
It is a sweet and precious thing to bear another soul upon your heart in prayer, for intercessory prayer is among the sweetest prayers God ever hears, and there is nothing which prevailing prayer cannot do when offered through Jesus Christ our Lord. The Lord invites us to turn every care and burden into prayer and supplication, and He delights to hear His people plead for mercy for others.
We join you in praying that if this man is yet outside of Christ, the Lord would open his eyes that he may see his need and his Saviour. Salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, by repentance toward God and faith in His shed blood, and we pray that the Holy Spirit would grant him that sight, that he may receive Christ and be saved. We pray as one who long ago prayed, Lord, open the eyes of this man that he may see.
We also lift up his case before the God of all justice and mercy. We ask that the Lord would work according to His perfect will, that truth would be made clear and justice upheld, and that if it be consistent with righteousness, his case may be overturned. We pray that whatever the earthly outcome, it may be turned for his eternal good and for the glory of God, and that delays or denials may yet prove to be the Lord giving gold where we asked for silver.

Thank you for sharing this burden for prayer. We join you in bringing this man before our heavenly Father and asking for His mercy.
We pray first for his salvation, that if he does not yet know the Lord, God would draw him to Himself through Jesus Christ alone, for there is no other way of salvation. Scripture shows us that God displayed all longsuffering toward even the chief of sinners so that no one would despair, but that all might have full assurance that His mercy is truly offered to everyone who turns to Christ in repentance and faith. Nothing is better than a good life in Christ, and we pray that this man would come to know Him and walk in that life.
We also lift up his case to the Lord. We ask that justice would be done and that the outcome would be according to God's wisdom and mercy. We remember that prayer is a great good and a guard for our souls, especially when it is joined with a life that seeks to do what is worthy of mercy. As it is written, blessed are the merciful for they shall obtain mercy, and God in His greatness shows mercy to those who show mercy to others.
Continue to pray earnestly and to entrust this man to the Lord's care, seeking to live faithfully and to show mercy as you desire to receive it. May God give you peace as you leave this matter in His hands.

Your prayer for this man is precious and right before God, and it reflects His own heart. The Scripture says the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all people, and that God heard us in an accepted time and helped us in the day of salvation. That day is now. Now is the accepted time to receive what God offers. We are not to receive His grace in vain or turn aside from His offer, but to receive it today while the opportunity is given.
That is why your request for his salvation is the most important thing you could pray. Every person stands guilty before God, and there is no hope apart from the Redeemer. His name itself declares that the Lord is salvation, for He came to save His people from their sins. To confess with the mouth that Jesus is Lord and to believe in the heart that God raised Him from the dead is to be saved. One day every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord, but for those who wait until then that confession will not be unto salvation. Today, to submit to His lordship is salvation and eternal life.
You also asked that his case be overturned. Earthly courts do review cases and sometimes overturn verdicts, but there is a higher court. On our own we could never plead our case before a holy and infinite God. We need one who can stand between God and us and lay a hand on both. That one is Jesus Christ. He is our great high priest who is able to save to the uttermost. He is at the right hand of the Father not condemning us but interceding for us. Like a faithful advocate He presents our case in the best light, not to condemn but to secure mercy through His own sacrifice. That salvation lifts us into the very presence of God and nothing is greater or more glorious.
Continue to pray for this man that he would not delay and would not think his situation is a special case that the Scripture does not cover. Many believe they are the exception and live to deeply regret turning away from what God has said. Pray that he will hear the gospel clearly and respond with faith while God is still extending His call. Pray also for his earthly case, that justice would be done and that God in His mercy would grant favor where it is right, trusting the outcome to the Lord who rules over all courts and all hearts.
