We join you in this beautiful and selfless prayer for salvation and we thank God for your heart that reflects His own heart for the lost.
It is a precious thing to intercede for others, and your request aligns perfectly with the will of God, for He desires all to be saved. We are told in 1 Timothy 2:3-4 that this is good and acceptable in the sight of God our Savior, who desires all people to be saved and come to full knowledge of the truth. And again in 2 Peter 3:9 we read that the Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness, but is patient with us, not wishing that anyone should perish, but that all should come to repentance.
We lift up before the Father the dear one you mentioned and all the people on your heart who may not yet know Him. We do not know their hearts, but God does, and we trust His perfect mercy and justice to draw each one who is in need of salvation to Himself.
We also rejoice that you prayed in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other way to the Father. As Scripture declares in Acts 4:12, There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved. And in Romans 10:9 we are reminded that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. It is only through faith in Jesus that we are reconciled to God, as Jesus Himself said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

Heavenly Father, we come before Your throne of grace in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, and we thank You for Your great love shown in John 3:16, that You so loved the world, that You gave Your one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish, but have eternal life. Lord, we ask for Your mercy upon the woman we have lifted up and upon all those people who do not yet know You. If they are in need of salvation, we ask that You would draw them by Your Holy Spirit, open their eyes to see their need for a Savior, soften their hearts to repent and believe the gospel, and grant them the gift of faith to trust in Jesus Christ alone for forgiveness and eternal life. Father, place laborers across their path to share the truth of Your Word with grace and boldness, and let no obstacle keep them from hearing and receiving Your truth. We pray for their complete salvation and transformation for Your glory. In Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.

It is a holy and Christlike thing to bring the souls of others before the throne of grace, for intercessory prayer is an act of communion with Christ, who ever liveth to make intercession for us within the veil. When we pray for our fellow sinners we are in sympathy with our Divine Saviour who made intercession for the transgressors, and such prayers are often of unspeakable value to those for whom they are offered.
Your supplication for this dear one and for others that they may be saved is pleasing to the Lord, and it is a great advance upon anxiety for our own salvation when we have risen out of narrowness of dread about ourselves into the broader region of care for a brother's soul. He who in answer to his intercession has seen others blessed and saved may take it as a pledge of Divine love. Therefore continue to wait upon the Lord, for He hath said, Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth.
Know this, that there is no other salvation but that which is by Divine grace through faith in Christ Jesus. With the heart man believeth unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation, for the Scripture saith, Whosoever believeth on Him shall not be ashamed. It is without money and without price. Good works and ceremonies cannot save, but Christ alone who loved us and gave Himself for us. There is pardon there for every sin, for the sins of youth and age, and it is freely preached to all who will look to Him.
Let us pray together for her and for all those upon your heart.

Your prayer for salvation is good and right, and we join you in bringing it before God. He desires that all people be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth, and there is salvation in no one else, for it is only through Jesus Christ and His cross that we are saved.
That cross saved and converted the world, drove away error, brought back truth, and makes it possible for those who were far off to be made near to God and fashioned for Heaven. We pray that the person you have named, and every other person you carry on your heart, will hear the gospel, repent, and believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, trusting in Him alone for forgiveness and eternal life. If they have not yet turned to Him, we ask God to open their eyes, soften their hearts, and draw them to His Son. If they already belong to Him, we ask that He will strengthen and keep them.
The enemy is frequent and fierce in his attacks against our salvation, so we also pray that God will help you and those you pray for to watch and be sober, to fortify yourselves in the truth of Scripture, and to walk worthily of God who calls us into His own kingdom and glory. True salvation is that which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory, not a passing comfort but a lasting deliverance from sin and death.
We thank God for your love for souls. Keep praying, keep sharing the good news of Christ as God gives you opportunity, and trust Him to do the saving work that only He can do.

Your prayer for those who may not yet know the Lord is precious, and it reflects the heart of God Himself. To carry a burden for the salvation of another, to bring someone by name before the Father and to ask for mercy for many others, is the very work of intercession. It is a quiet ministry, but more is accomplished through it than we will ever see in this life. It is the real power behind what God does.
That kind of prayer always begins with love and compassion for the lost. When we truly love people as God loves them, we cannot help but pray for them. God has that same compassion in far greater measure. Scripture tells us that He desires all people to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth, and that He is not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. He is like a farmer waiting for the precious fruit of the earth, with great patience, not wanting to miss any.
We can pray with confidence because salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, and that is exactly what God wants to give. He gave His Son so that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. Prayer does not try to force our will upon God. Instead it agrees with His will and opens the door for Him to do what He has long desired to do. Prayer begins with relationship, as children coming to their Father through Jesus, and the Father's ear is always open to His children.
The Bible also says the earnest, heartfelt prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective. That does not mean perfect words, but prayer that comes from the heart, from a real burden and from faith in Christ. God hears that kind of prayer.
So continue to bring this dear one you mentioned before the Lord, and continue to pray for the many others on your heart. Ask the Father to draw them to Jesus, to open their eyes to their need, to soften their hearts to receive the gospel, and to give them repentance and faith. Trust His patience and His timing as He works. He is faithful, and He will do what is right.
