We join with you in lifting up these children and the people in their lives before our heavenly Father, and we thank Him for your heart that longs for their salvation. It is beautiful that you are interceding for the little ones, for the Lord has a special love for children. Jesus said, Allow the little children to come to me, and do not forbid them, for the Kingdom of Heaven belongs to ones like these. Matthew 19:14.
We agree with you in praying that if any of these children or their families do not yet know the Lord, that God in His mercy would draw them to Himself. Scripture tells us The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness, but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. 2 Peter 3:9. We pray that His Holy Spirit would convict hearts, open eyes to the truth of the gospel, and bring each one to saving faith in Jesus Christ, for They said, Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, and you will be saved, you and your household. Acts 16:31 and There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12. We are thankful you prayed in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him we have access to the Father.
We also bring before the Lord your concern about the scene from Barney and Friends and we ask for His protection over the minds and hearts of children. We live in a time when much of what is set before our eyes is not wholesome, and God calls us to guard what we allow ourselves and our children to see. His word says I will set no vile thing before my eyes. Psalm 101:3 and Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is any praise, think about these things. Philippians 4:8. We pray that the Lord would remove any influence that is impure, confusing, or harmful to children, and that He would give wisdom to parents and guardians to discern what is good and to turn away from what is not. If this scene is indeed unwholesome, we pray that God would cause it to be removed or that He would lead families to avoid it and to fill that place with what is pure and edifying.
Together we pray, Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up these children to You. If any of them are in need of salvation, Lord, we ask You to save them, to reveal Your love to them, to let them know that Jesus died and rose again for them. Save also the people in their lives, their families, friends, and teachers, that each one would come to repentance and faith. Draw them all into Your kingdom and let Your grace abound in their homes. It is a good and tender thing that the Lord has written intercession upon your heart for children and for those connected with them. Such care for another's soul is a great advance beyond mere anxiety for our own salvation, and it brings us into sympathy with our great High Priest who ever lives to make intercession for His people within the veil.
Your burden for the little ones is heard. The Scriptures teach us that we all fell in our first parent and have all sinned personally, and we shall all perish unless we find salvation, even the youngest among us. Children are not saved by baptism or by forms and ceremonies, nor by any merit of their own, but in the same way as the aged sinner, by the free grace of God through faith in Christ Jesus. It is well to desire to see them converted as children and to bring them to hear the Gospel, for the blessing which God gives by hearing He gives also to the little ones. How can we discharge our duty toward children unless we bear their names upon our hearts in prayer, and unless we also tell them as best we can what their condition is and what the way of salvation is.
And that way is plain and simple, and it is the same for every soul. There is no salvation to be obtained from priests or forms, and there is no salvation anywhere but in Christ Jesus. The Scripture says, Whoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed. It is not believing about Him, but believing on Him, trusting in His Person, depending upon Him without fear as to present and eternal salvation. The Lord Himself says, Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth. A look does not require a moment, and yet it brings eternal life, for He Himself is salvation. It is without money and without price. If a man believes in Christ with all his heart, his salvation is secure, for His honor is engaged to save the meanest of His sheep.
Therefore continue in persevering intercession. At times we know not what we should pray for as we ought, but the Holy Spirit helps our infirmities and makes intercession for the saints according to the will of God, creating prayers offered in a proper manner. Bring these children and their families before the throne of grace, that God would open their eyes to see their need and open their hearts to look to Jesus alone. Pray also that you and those who have care of them may have opportunity and boldness to set Christ plainly before them, for faith comes by hearing.
Concerning the scene which troubles you in that program for children, it is right to pray that the minds and eyes of the little ones should be kept pure. Ask the Lord to guard them from what would defile or mislead, and to give wisdom to parents and teachers to put away what is harmful and to choose what is wholesome. If any influence is not profitable, pray that it may be removed or avoided, and that in its place Christ may be honored.
Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, look in mercy upon these children and upon all those whose lives are joined with theirs. If any among them are yet outside of Christ, grant them repentance and faith, that they may look unto Jesus and be saved. Save them by Thy free grace, not by any work of their own, but through the blood and righteousness of Thy Son. Keep the little ones from evil, guard their hearts and minds, and cause them early to know and love the Saviour. Give to those who pray and labor for them a spirit of constant supplication, and let Thy Holy Spirit intercede within them. Remove what would harm and establish what is good, to the glory of Thy name. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, who is our only salvation. Amen.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. We have heard your prayer and we join you in lifting these children and the people in their lives before our heavenly Father.
We pray that where there is need for salvation, God in His mercy would draw each heart to Jesus Christ, for His death is the salvation of the world and there is no other way to be saved. As the Scripture says, God so loved the world that He gave His Son, and that sacrifice is sufficient for all, though the blessing is enjoyed by those who believe. We ask Him who is able to save to the uttermost and who ever lives to make intercession for us, to work in these children and in their families and friends, that they would come to know Christ and receive the salvation that is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory. For what will it profit a person if he gains the whole world and loses his own soul, so we pray above all for the saving of souls.
We also bring before the Lord your concern about what children see. We pray that He would guard their hearts and minds, keep what is pure and good before their eyes, and give wisdom to parents and guardians to guide them well. If there is anything harmful in that program, we ask the Lord to remove its influence and to protect the children and lead them in what is wholesome.
