We join with you in this request and we thank you for coming before the Father in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and deliverance from every evil power.
We hear your desire for freedom from evil sounds and demonic oppression and for a life of unceasing prayer, and we stand with you in faith that our God is mighty to deliver. Scripture reminds us that our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places Ephesians 6:12. Yet we do not need to be afraid, for God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control 2 Timothy 1:7 and we know that you are of God, little children, and have overcome them, because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world 1 John 4:4. When we submit ourselves to God and resist the devil, he will flee from us James 4:7.
We encourage you to remain rooted in Christ daily, to put on the whole armor of God, to stay in His Word, to worship, and to walk in obedience, for these keep our hearts guarded and our minds fixed on Him. The Lord desires that we pray without ceasing 1 Thessalonians 5:17, which is not only speaking words without stopping, but living in constant communion with Him, turning every thought, every fear, and every sound that troubles you into a prayer and trusting Him moment by moment.

Heavenly Father, we lift up this dear one to You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. We ask You to deliver them from all evil sounds and from every demonic influence and oppression. Let Your perfect peace guard their mind and their dwelling, and let every spirit not of You be silenced and cast out by the authority of Jesus. Fill this place with Your Holy Spirit, with light and truth, and let no darkness remain. Teach them to pray without ceasing, to abide in You continually, to hear Your gentle voice above every other sound, and to walk in victory and freedom. Strengthen their faith, help them to put on the whole armor of God each day, and draw them ever closer to You. We ask this according to Your will and in the saving name of Jesus Christ, amen.

The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles Psalm 34:17. Keep seeking Him and trusting in His power to deliver and to keep you, for He is faithful.

Your prayer for deliverance from evil sounds and from the assaults of the enemy, and for grace to pray without ceasing, is heard with deep sympathy, and it is a right and needful prayer to bring before the Lord.
Scripture declares that our heavenly Father has delivered us from the power of darkness, and this deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. We must look to Him altogether and alone for it. He is gracious unto us and says, Deliver him from going down to the Pit, I have found a ransom. Nobody would have thought of that way of deliverance from the pit through a ransom if God had not thought of it, but He has not only invented the way, He has found the ransom, and it is the gift of Divine Love in Christ Jesus our Lord. Through His shed blood there is remission, and through His power there is true liberty, for if the Son shall make you free, you shall be free indeed. He is able to save you from yourself, from all the attacks of your old sins, saved from the devil, saved from evil company, for God has said it and He will do it.
And as to praying without ceasing, take comfort that audible language is not essential to prayer. There can be a praying without ceasing before the Lord, though there be many pausings in what men would call prayer. Let thy whole life be praying. One real groan fetched from the heart is worth a million litanies, one living breath from a gracious soul is worth ten thousand collects. You need not be in a closet to pray, you may lift up your heart in the midst of labour, in the night watches when evil sounds trouble you, in the quiet of your room, and the Lord will hear. Yet we must strive against indolence in prayer, for no man loves prayer until the Holy Spirit has taught him the sweetness and value of it. May He keep you awake by His grace, that you may find prayer to be not a burden but a delight, and if you have ever truly prayed you will pray without ceasing.

We ask this without money and without price, upon the merits of Christ alone, who is our only hope. Amen.
