Beloved of All
heavenly father pls kindly remove someone from ### and somet other black guy and so i wont have thoughts of past. in jesus christ name. amen.

We join you in bringing this burden before the heavenly Father in Jesus' name and we thank you for closing your request in the name of Jesus Christ, for it is only through Him that we have access to God and confidence that He hears us. Jesus said in John 14:6, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.

We understand your desire to be free from painful thoughts of the past and from the influence of people who have caused you hurt or distress. The Lord knows the weight of memories that return uninvited and He desires to bring healing and peace to your mind. Scripture tells us in Psalm 147:3, He heals the broken in heart, and binds up their wounds. And in Romans 12:2 we are called to be transformed by the renewing of your mind, so that you may prove what is the good, well-pleasing, and perfect will of God.

God does not want us to be tormented by the past, but He also calls us to handle memories with forgiveness and truth rather than with hatred or resentment toward any person. Every person is made in the image of God as it says in Genesis 1:27, God created man in his own image. In God's image he created him. So we pray not with contempt for others, but asking God to remove bitter influence, to set boundaries where needed, and to cleanse our own hearts.

We also hear your longing to be free from intrusive thoughts. The Word gives us direction in 2 Corinthians 10:5, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, and in Philippians 4:8, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is any praise, think about these things. Healing often comes as we intentionally turn our minds toward what is pure and lovely in Christ and surrender the past to Him. The Lord says in Isaiah 43:18-19, Don't remember the former things, and don't consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing. And in Philippians 3:13-14 we are encouraged to forget the things which are behind and stretch forward to the things which are before, pressing on toward the goal for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

We pray together for you now.

Father in heaven, we lift up this dear one to You in the name of Jesus Christ. You see the thoughts of the past that trouble this heart and the people connected with those memories. We ask that You would in Your mercy remove what is harmful and not of You, and set a hedge of protection around this life. Wash away bitterness, hurt, and confusion, and fill this mind with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Heal the wounds of the past and bind up what has been broken. Help our dear friend to forgive as You have forgiven us, to release every burden into Your hands, and to walk in freedom. Renew this mind day by day through Your Word and Your Spirit, and teach us to take every thought captive to the obedience of Christ. Lead us to dwell on what is true and pure and to look forward to the new thing You are doing. We cast all our anxiety on You because You care for us as it says in 1 Peter 5:7. Let Your will be done and let Your healing and restoration have its full work. In the name of Jesus Christ our Lord we pray, amen.

We encourage you to continue to bring these thoughts to the Lord in prayer whenever they arise, to feed your mind daily with Scripture, and to seek fellowship with mature believers who can support you and pray with you. If there are relationships or influences that continue to cause harm, ask God for wisdom to establish godly boundaries while keeping a heart free from hatred. Trust that God is faithful to complete the good work He has begun in you and to give you rest from the past as you abide in Him.

We noticed your prayer and we want you to know we are praying with you. It makes sense to long for those looping thoughts about the past to finally quiet down, especially when they feel tied to specific people and memories you did not choose to carry.

Healing from old hurts often is not an instant erasing but a gentle process of inviting Christ into the painful places as they surface. When a memory comes, rather than fighting it alone, you can briefly pause and ask Jesus to be present with you in that moment and to bring His comfort and truth. Over time that practice can help the memories lose some of their grip.

It can also help not to walk through this alone. If you have a trusted pastor, counselor or mature believer you feel safe with, consider sharing with them that you are asking God for freedom from these thoughts and would like someone to pray with you regularly and check in. Having one steady person alongside you makes the process less isolating.

Father, we lift our friend to You. You see the memories that trouble them and the desire for peace. We ask You to draw near, bring comfort, quiet the intrusive thoughts, and lead them step by step into healing and wholeness. Guide them to supportive help and keep them in Your care. In Jesus' name, amen.

Your prayer has been heard, and there is mercy with the Lord for those who are troubled by thoughts of the past.

The burden you carry is one of thoughts, and the Word tells us, My thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways My ways, says the Lord. As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are His thoughts higher than ours. How precious also are His thoughts unto us, O God, how great is the sum of them. They are rare thoughts, holy thoughts, and they are meant to lift us near to God, so that when we awake we may find we are still with Him. You cannot flee from His presence, for He is everywhere and His far seeing eyes behold you in every place, and from your earliest days He has cared for you.

Jesus perceives thoughts. He knew what was reasoned in the heart, and He knows the secret groanings and inward desires that you bring before Him now. There is no thought hidden from Him, and there is no wound of the heart that He cannot heal, for He healeth the broken in heart and bindeth up their wounds.

You ask to be freed from the sting of past memories. Know this, that sin put a sting into death and into memory, and the law gives it strength, but Christ has come to take that sting away. The least thing about Christ is healing. As the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations, so even a Word from His lips, even a touch of His hand, bears healing virtue for the thousand ills that have befallen us. He first forgives, and then He heals. If by past sin there has come sickness or heaviness or depression, those traces remain not as punishment from a Judge when pardon is given, but as chastisements lovingly appointed by a Father who will make even that draught a healing draught.

Therefore bring your past to Him in confession. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. Believe that all the eternal penal consequences are gone from the forgiven man, for there is no condemnation to them that are in Christ Jesus. Seek not merely that persons be removed from sight, but that Christ may remove the defilement and bitterness from the heart, and give you His own precious thoughts in place of tormenting ones.

Let us pray for you. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Thy Son, through whom alone is salvation, we ask Thy healing and pardoning hand upon this soul. Thou knowest the persons and the memories that trouble this heart. Thou perceivest every thought. Grant forgiveness where sin has been, cleansing where guilt remains, and peace where unrest has reigned. Let Thy thoughts, which are higher and holier than ours, become precious to this one, and keep this one near to Thee waking and sleeping. Heal the broken in heart, and let even the least of Christ's words and touches bring restoration. Make this one whole, that being healed, this life may be spent in service to Thee. In Jesus Christ's name we ask it, Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

Your prayer has been heard and we join you in bringing it before the Lord. The desire to be free from thoughts of the past and to have a mind at peace is one that God understands, and He is faithful to help those who call on Him through Jesus Christ.

Scripture teaches that our hearts and minds need guarding and cultivation. When thoughts from the past press in and trouble us, we are not to leave our hearts exposed by the wayside where every thought can trample us and plunder our peace. Instead we are to enter into a more sheltered place in Christ, sowing in good ground and asking for the fire of the Spirit to burn up what is like thorns and to soften what has become hard. In this way, by degrees and with patient care, God frees us from cares that weigh us down and gives us new growth.

Part of that shelter is what Scripture calls the helmet of salvation. Just as a helmet guards the head, faith in Christ guards our governing thoughts. His salvation quenches the darts that wound us and allows saving and hopeful thoughts to be formed within us. When intrusive memories return, we can turn to Him, take those thoughts captive, and ask Him to renew our minds day by day.

Healing of the inner life is often not instant. Like a tree that receives many strokes before it falls, or a sickness that receives many treatments before health returns, the work of God in us can be gradual. Do not be discouraged if freedom does not come all at once. Keep seeking Him, keep hearing His Word, keep praying. The same Lord who says according to your faith be it unto you is able to confirm your faith and make you a partaker in His good work.

We pray for you now.

Heavenly Father, we come to You in the name of Jesus Christ, Your Son, through whom alone is salvation. We ask for Your mercy and healing for this one who is troubled by thoughts of the past. Remove what needs to be removed, quiet what needs to be quieted, and guard this heart and mind in Christ. Burn up what harms and chokes the soul, soften what is hardened, and plant Your Word in good ground that it may bear fruit. Put upon this dear one the helmet of salvation, that the mind may be kept safe and at peace. Lead into a life of purity, wholeness and hope according to Your design, and grant strength to walk each day in Your will. Restore and renew, and help to live not in the past but in the new life You give. In Jesus name we pray, amen.

Continue to seek the Lord in prayer, in reading Scripture, and in fellowship with faithful believers who can support you and help you keep your heart sheltered in Christ. He who has begun a good work will be faithful to complete it.
