We join you in lifting this request before our heavenly Father in the name of Jesus Christ, and we thank you for coming to Him in that precious name, for it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and it is only by His name that we are saved as Acts 4:12 reminds us.
Though the burden on your heart is veiled to us and you have asked that something be removed from the dear one you mentioned, nothing is hidden from the Lord. He knows the need completely even when words are few. We are reminded in Psalm 139:1-4 that He searches us and knows us, He knows our sitting down and rising up and understands our thoughts from afar, and Romans 8:26 tells us that the Spirit Himself intercedes for us when we do not know how to pray as we ought.
We pray together for God's perfect will to be done in this situation. We ask that if this something is an affliction, a sin, a burden, a spiritual oppression, or anything that is not of Him, that He would remove it according to His mercy and power. We also remember that sometimes the Lord in His wisdom allows a thorn to remain for a season to shape us and to display His grace, as He told Paul, My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness in 2 Corinthians 12:9. So we do not simply pray for removal, we pray for deliverance, healing, cleansing, and peace as God sees best.
We pray, Father in heaven, we come before You together in the name of Jesus Christ and we lift up this dear one to You. You know the name and the need that has been redacted from our eyes but not from Yours. We ask that You would remove whatever is harmful, unholy, or burdensome from this life, and cleanse and restore according to Your will. Let Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven. Grant wisdom and faith to the one praying, and grant to the one being prayed for Your comfort, Your conviction where needed, and Your healing where needed. We claim the promise in 1 John 5:14 that if we ask anything according to Your will You hear us, and we cling to Philippians 4:6-7 that as we make our requests known to You, Your peace which surpasses all understanding will guard our hearts and thoughts in Christ Jesus. We also trust Romans 8:28 that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose. Help us to continue to seek You with a sincere heart, to trust Your timing, and to walk in obedience. In Jesus' name we pray, amen.

We join you in carrying this burden to the throne of grace, where the heavenly Father hears the faintest cry offered in the name of Jesus Christ.
He knows what it is that lies upon you and upon the one you have named, though your words are few. Nothing is hidden from Him, and deliverance is by divine power alone. When Israel came out of Egypt it was Jehovah who brought forth His people with a mighty hand, and when any soul is saved from spiritual bondage it is the Lord Jesus who loosens the captive. It is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy. We therefore ask not according to our own wisdom, but according to His perfect will and mercy.
We pray that the Lord will look upon this affliction and work it for good. Affliction sanctified becomes light when we see to what it leads, and the gardener who prunes with a rough knife does so for the fruitfulness of the branch. If it be His will to remove this thing entirely, we pray that He would clear the well from the foe, so that you may draw water again with joy from the wells of His Word and His ordinances. If He sees fit to leave it for a season, we pray that He would give grace to bear it and that His Word would quicken you and be your comfort in affliction, for His Word has been the life of many in the midnight of despair.
We remember that the leaves of the tree are for the healing of the nations, and that Christ Himself is that tree of life. Even His lesser mercies are full of virtue to heal. May He heal what is wounded, cleanse what is sinful, and deliver from the power of darkness all who trust in Him, for salvation is through Jesus Christ alone, and He is both our justification and our sanctification.
May the Spirit of God teach you to say with the Psalmist, This is my comfort in my affliction, for Your Word has quickened me, and may you be kept close to that Word until the Lord in His own time and way grants full deliverance. Your prayer asking the heavenly Father to remove what is burdening you has been heard, and we join you in bringing it before God in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name by which we are saved.
Christ says, take my yoke upon you and learn of me, for I am meek and lowly in heart and you shall find rest for your souls, for my yoke is easy and my burden is light. He says this not because the way requires nothing of us, but to show that when we are prepared and in earnest and walk closely with Him, even what feels heavy can become light by His grace, and the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory that shall be revealed.
Hearing this, let us fortify ourselves on all sides. It is not enough to be freed from one trouble only, but we must cultivate every part of virtue, with careful and continual hearing of the word, with fortitude, with cleansing ourselves from all worldly things, and striking our roots deep in Christ. Whether the burden is indolence or softness or anxiety or some other weight, we must watch lest we perish in one way while thinking we are safe in another.
We are also taught to make our requests known to God with thanksgiving, for nothing is so pleasing to Him as a thankful heart. Withdraw the soul from what harms it, and offer your need with trust and gratitude for His wisdom and mercy.
So we pray with you that the heavenly Father, according to His perfect will, would remove from you what harms your soul, cleanse you from what weighs you down, give you strength to bear what must be borne, and lead you into greater holiness, meekness and peace in Christ. May He teach you to take up His easy yoke, to hear His word daily, and to rest in His care.
