We join you in this beautiful and humble prayer and we rejoice with you in your desire to find your joy in the Lord each day and in your heart for the salvation of others.
We are encouraged by your longing for joy in God, for true joy is not found in circumstances but in His presence. We are reminded that in your presence is fullness of joy and in your right hand there are pleasures forevermore Psalm 16:11. The joy of Yahweh is your strength Nehemiah 8:10 and we are called to rejoice in the Lord always and again we say rejoice Philippians 4:4. This joy comes as we abide in Christ, for Jesus said these things I have spoken to you, that my joy may remain in you, and that your joy may be made full John 15:11. We encourage you to seek Him daily through prayer, through His Word, and through thanksgiving, for this is the day that Yahweh has made, we will rejoice and be glad in it Psalm 118:24, and His mercies are new every morning Lamentations 3:23. As you fix your eyes on Him, may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope in the power of the Holy Spirit Romans 15:13.
We also stand with you in intercession for the woman you mentioned and for all the people in her life. It is the heart of God that all people be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth 1 Timothy 2:4, for He is not wishing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance 2 Peter 3:9. We pray for their salvation knowing that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved Romans 10:9, and there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved Acts 4:12. There is much that is right and good in your prayer, for you have sought joy where alone it can be found, not in circumstances, nor in prospects, nor in any earthly comfort, but in God Himself.
To joy in God is the evidence that we have received the reconciliation through our Lord Jesus Christ. You may have nothing else to call your own, yet if you have God you have a thousand sources of joy opened to you in that one blessing. We can joy in His power, for He can help us. We can joy in His faithfulness, for He cannot fail us. We can joy in His immutability, for He changes not and therefore we are not consumed. Pray for joy yourself, saying with David, Restore unto me the joy of thy salvation, and the Lord will turn your night into day, for light is sown for them that put their trust in Him.
Remember also what salvation is that you ask for this woman and for those connected with her. It is all joy and all rejoicing to think that there should be a salvation at all for such poor souls as we are. This salvation is freely given to us in Christ Jesus. When the Lord pardons sin He does not pardon half and leave some on the book, but with one stroke of the pen He gives a full receipt for all our debts, for Christ the Substitute has satisfied justice and borne the punishment in our stead. There is none other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. It is Christ or nothing, and him that cometh to Him He will in no wise cast out.

We ask the Father to keep you near to Christ day by day, that you may sit and joy in God at home and abroad, in fullness or in want, and still joy in God.
