Beloved of All
Your prayer reflects the heart of true intercession, reaching beyond your own needs to bring others before God and ask Him to work in their lives. That is a beautiful and needed ministry, and more is accomplished through such prayer than we will ever see on this side of eternity. It is often the quiet power behind what God does.
At the root of this kind of praying is a real love and burden for those who do not yet know the Lord. Scripture teaches that all of us were born in sin and in need of mercy, and that death has passed to all because all have sinned. God has shown His love in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us, and the name Jesus itself declares that the Lord is salvation. There is salvation in no other, and the prayer God delights to hear from anyone who has not yet come to Him is, God be merciful to me, a sinner. That prayer opens the relationship with the Father through Jesus Christ, and from that relationship all true prayer flows.
We join with you in agreement and gladly bear this burden with you, as we are called to bear one another's burdens and to agree together in prayer. We bring this woman before the Lord and every person connected to her life. Where there is any need for salvation, we ask the Father to have mercy, to draw each heart to Jesus, to open eyes to see their need and to see Christ as the only hope, and to grant repentance and faith. Where any already belong to Him, we ask that He would deepen their walk and use them to show His love to others.
Be encouraged to keep praying. Prayer is not bound by distance or circumstance, and God hears the cries of His children who pray according to His will for His kingdom to come. He is faithful to work, and He invites us to keep bringing people before Him with compassion and hope.
