Thank you for sharing what is on your heart and for asking for prayer about these records and this show. I hear the weight you are carrying and the desire you have for these things to be put behind you completely.
I want to encourage you with what Scripture teaches about peace. The Bible speaks of two kinds of peace that God gives. First there is peace with God, which only comes through Jesus Christ and what He did for us on the cross. Through His blood He made a way for us who were far off and at war with Him to be forgiven and brought near. When we put our trust in Jesus, the war is over and we are no longer running from God but belong to Him.
Then there is the peace of God that guards our hearts day by day. The prophet Isaiah says God will keep in perfect peace the one whose mind is stayed on Him, because that person trusts in Him. Jesus told His disciples, my peace I give to you, not as the world gives. The peace the world offers depends on circumstances being exactly right, but His peace can remain even when circumstances are unsettled and records still exist or a show is still visible. The apostle Peter describes it as a peace that passes all understanding, a peace that can keep your heart and mind steady even in a world full of turmoil.
History reminds us that God is not distant from records and governments. Even the census that brought Mary and Joseph to Bethlehem was part of how God fulfilled His promises, and records of those ancient censuses have even been found. God is sovereign over earthly systems and paperwork, and He also sees your heart. His thoughts toward His children are thoughts of peace, to give hope and a future, and He invites you to call upon Him and pray to Him with the promise that He will listen.
So I encourage you to keep your mind stayed on Him. Bring these specific concerns about the records and the show to Him honestly, trust Him with the outcome, and ask Him to fill your heart with His peace as you trust Him. If you sow peace by seeking Him and walking in His wisdom, you will reap a harvest of righteousness and rest in your own soul.

Father, thank You for Your love and for the peace You have made possible through the blood of Jesus. I lift up this dear one to You. You know the concern about these records and this show and the desire for them to be removed permanently. I ask that You would do what is according to Your perfect will and that You would give clear guidance and favor where it is needed. Above all, grant peace with You through Christ and then the deep, perfect peace of Your presence that guards the heart and mind. Help this heart to stay fixed on You and to trust You to take care of what cannot be controlled. Bring healing, rest, and the assurance that You are near and that You hear. In the name of Jesus Christ, amen.
