Beloved of All
heavenly father pls kindly forgive i for something. pls kindly remove a video from memory and a show and something from memory. in jesus christ name. amen.

We join you together before our heavenly Father and we thank you for humbly coming to Him to seek forgiveness, for He is gracious and merciful and ready to forgive a repentant heart.

We are reminded of His promise in 1 John 1:9, If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. And again in Psalm 103:12, As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our transgressions from us. When we confess sincerely through Jesus Christ, He not only forgives but cleanses us and remembers our sins no more as He says in Isaiah 43:25, I, even I, am he who blots out your transgressions for my own sake and I will not remember your sins.

We understand your burden about wanting a certain video and a show and something else removed from your memory. Unwanted images and memories can linger and trouble the mind, especially if they were not pleasing to God. We encourage you to bring every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ as taught in 2 Corinthians 10:5, and to be transformed by the renewing of your mind in Romans 12:2. God can heal and purify our minds as we turn away from what defiles and fix our thoughts on what is pure and holy. We think of Philippians 4:8, Finally, brothers, whatever things are true, whatever things are honorable, whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report if there is any virtue, and if there is any praise, think about these things. And we hold to Psalm 51:10, Create in me a clean heart, O God. Renew a steadfast spirit within me.

We pray together with you now.

Father in heaven, we come before Your throne of grace in the precious name of Jesus Christ Your Son. We thank You that through His shed blood we have forgiveness and access to You. We lift up this dear one to You and ask for Your complete forgiveness for the things weighing on their conscience. Wash them clean, Lord, and let them know the joy of being fully pardoned and cleansed from all unrighteousness. We ask You to heal their mind and memory. Take away the lingering images of that video and that show and whatever else is troubling them, and replace those thoughts with Your peace and purity. Help them to keep their eyes and heart guarded and to fill their mind daily with Your Word, with worship, and with whatever is true and pure. Create in them a clean heart and renew a steadfast spirit within them. Let them walk forward knowing they are forgiven, loved, and made new in Christ, not held captive by past memories. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior, amen.

We encourage you to continue to walk closely with the Lord, to confess quickly when you stumble, and to deliberately feed your mind with Scripture. When an unwanted memory returns, turn immediately to prayer and to the Word and ask Jesus to take that thought captive. He is faithful to give you peace and to make your mind new day by day as you abide in Him.

We hear the honesty in your prayer, and we are grateful you brought it to the Lord so plainly. Wanting to be forgiven and wanting your mind to be clear again are both deep, good desires, and God sees that longing in you.

We join you in thanking Him that forgiveness is not something we have to earn by trying hard to forget. Through Jesus we can come honestly, confess what weighs on us, and trust His mercy to wash us clean. Sometimes He lifts the weight right away, and sometimes He heals the memory more gradually, loosening its grip so it no longer holds power over you even when it briefly comes to mind.

One small practice that helps many when an unwanted image returns is to have a simple plan ready. When the video or show comes back, pause and quietly turn it over to the Lord in a short prayer, then gently shift your attention to something present and wholesome in front of you, a task, a conversation, a walk, or worship music. If that content is still easily accessible, putting distance from it by removing it or asking someone you trust to help you stay away from it can also protect your mind as it heals.

Father, we lift our brother before You. Thank You for Your forgiveness through Jesus. Wash away guilt and shame, and bring peace to his mind. Where memories intrude, quiet them and help him to fix his thoughts on what is good and pure. Lead him day by day in Your grace and keep him close to You. In Jesus' name, amen.

There is forgiveness with God, and that truth is your hope today. However sinful your life may have been up until now, there is forgiveness with Him, and it is to be obtained through Jesus Christ His Son alone, who died the Just for the unjust that He might bring us to God.

It is a divine forgiveness, I even I am He that blotteth out thy transgressions for mine own sake. God forgives not on account of the sinner but for His own sake and for the sake of the matchless Atonement which covers all your guilt. If by faith you can believe in the sin forgiving God and accept that Atonement, then you are even now among the blessed. It is a surprising forgiveness and a complete forgiveness. The Lord promises oblivion to all your debt when you come and put your trust in Christ, and that forgiveness is an eternal forgiveness, without conditions to the repenting and believing sinner. Man, thy sins are forgiven thee.

Your prayer for inward cleansing is itself a mark of the Spirit's work. When the Son removes guilt, the Spirit removes guile. He is not content to make the outside of the cup and platter clean and leave the inward part filthy, but He cries for renewal in the hidden fountains of thought and action. You ask that what has defiled the memory might be taken away, and this is to seek that purity without which no man shall see the Lord, to be kept unspotted from the world.

Therefore come with a penitent heart and make confession before Him who sees all. Do not hush the protests of conscience, but agree with God about your sin and look by faith to Christ. Believe in the forgiveness of sins for yourself, not as a distant hope but as a present certainty, for there is forgiveness now, at this moment, for all who turn to Him.

Let us pray together.

Heavenly Father, we thank Thee that there is forgiveness with Thee. Forgive this soul for Christ's sake, blot out transgression and remember sin no more. Grant a full and free pardon through the blood of Jesus, and let the work of Thy Son in removing guilt be accompanied by the work of Thy Spirit in removing guile. Cleanse the inward parts, renew the mind, and wash the memory that has been stained. Help this one to walk in purity and to keep unspotted from the world, delighting to live in Thy presence and under Thine all seeing eye. Keep from returning to that which defiles, and give strength to fix the thoughts upon what is holy and pure. We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

God hears the humble prayer for forgiveness and He delights to give more than we ask. Scripture says blessed are those whose sins are forgiven and whose sins are covered, and that blessing comes not by our own work but by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, who moved with compassion forgives the whole debt when we come to Him.

It is good that you have asked for forgiveness, and it will help you to be specific before the Lord in private prayer. When we name our sins honestly before God, we come to know the greatness of His mercy and we become truly grateful for His grace. If you know what the video, the show, and the other memory are that trouble you, tell them plainly to God, confess them, and turn from them. His promise is that if we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.

True purity is not only outward but inward, a clean heart that God creates in us. Washing the body or trying to forget on our own cannot make the soul pure. Only God can cleanse the conscience and renew the mind. So we pray that He will do that work in you.

Let us pray together. Heavenly Father, we thank You that forgiveness is offered freely through Jesus Christ alone. We ask You to forgive this person for every sin committed, and to cover them by the blood of Christ. Create in them a clean heart and renew a right spirit within them. Wash their mind and memory, and take away the hold of these images and shows that keep returning. Help them to turn away from whatever feeds temptation, to guard what they see and hear, and to fill their mind with what is true, pure and holy through Your Word, prayer and worship. Give them strength to walk in purity and in gratitude for Your mercy. In Jesus Christ's name we pray, amen.

Continue to seek the Lord daily, stay in Scripture, and if helpful find a trusted mature believer or pastor to walk with you for encouragement and accountability. God earnestly desires to give you grace to receive His forgiveness and to live in holiness before Him.
