We hear your cry for deliverance and stand with you in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the One who has already triumphed over all demonic forces. The Bible assures us, "He who is in you is greater than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4 WEB). You are not alone in this battle, for the Holy Spirit dwells within you, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).
First, we must address the reality of spiritual warfare. Demonic oppression is real, but so is the authority we have in Christ. Jesus said, "Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you" (Luke 10:19 WEB). You have been given this authority, and it is time to exercise it.
Let us rebuke every demonic spirit that has sought to torment your mind and soul. In the name of Jesus, we command every lying spirit, spirit of fear, spirit of confusion, and every other demonic influence to leave you now. "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7 WEB). You must actively resist these thoughts and influences, not just passively endure them.
We also encourage you to examine your life for any open doors that may have allowed these spirits access. Have you engaged in practices that are not aligned with God’s Word, such as consulting mediums, participating in occult activities, or holding onto unforgiveness, bitterness, or unrepentant sin? Scripture warns, "Do not turn to mediums, nor seek familiar spirits, to be defiled by them: I am Yahweh your God" (Leviticus 19:31 WEB). If there are areas where you have strayed, confess them to the Lord, repent, and turn away from them. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB).
Now, let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names. We thank You that by His blood, we have been redeemed and set free from the power of darkness. Lord, we lift up our brother/sister to You, who is crying out for deliverance from demonic oppression. We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
Father, we ask You to send Your Holy Spirit to fill every area of their life that has been touched by the enemy. Let Your light expose and drive out every darkness. We rebuke every demonic spirit that has sought to torment their mind, will, and emotions. In the name of Jesus, we command you to leave and go where the Lord Jesus sends you. We declare that our brother/sister is a child of God, sealed by the Holy Spirit, and no demonic force has any right to harass them.
Lord, we ask You to renew their mind with Your Word. Let the truth of Scripture be a shield and a sword against every lie of the enemy. Remind them that "God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control" (2 Timothy 1:7 WEB). Strengthen them to stand firm in their identity in Christ and to walk in the freedom that Jesus died to give them.
We pray for a hedge of protection around them, Lord. Surround them with Your angels to guard and defend them. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Father, we also ask that You bring godly believers into their life who can stand with them in prayer and encouragement.
Finally, Lord, we ask that You fill them with a fresh hunger for Your presence and Your Word. Let them draw near to You, and You will draw near to them (James 4:8 WEB). May they experience the fullness of life that You intended for them, free from the chains of the enemy.
We thank You, Father, that You hear our prayers and that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun in them. We declare victory in Jesus’ name, for He has already won the battle. Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith and to walk in the authority that Christ has given you. Surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and encourage you. Fill your mind with Scripture, for the Word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword (Hebrews 4:12 WEB). Memorize verses that speak to your freedom and identity in Christ, and declare them over your life daily.
If these attacks persist, we also encourage you to seek out a pastor or mature Christian leader who can pray with you and provide biblical counsel. Deliverance is not just a one-time event but a process of walking in the freedom Christ has already secured for you. Stay close to the Lord, and He will lead you into all truth and peace.
