We come before the throne of grace with your heartfelt cry for deliverance, lifting you up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ. The enemy seeks to torment and oppress, but we declare that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, for the Lord is your strong tower and refuge. The Word of God assures us in Psalm 34:17-18, "The righteous cry, and Yahweh hears, and delivers them out of all their troubles. Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit."
We rebuke every demonic memory, every evil spirit, and every satanic force that has sought to ensnare your mind and heart. The sounds, words, and titles that have haunted you are under the authority of Jesus Christ, and we command them to be silenced and bound in His name. The enemy has no power over you, for "the Son of God was revealed for this purpose, that he might destroy the works of the devil" (1 John 3:8). We stand on the promise that "he who is in you is greater than he who is in the world" (1 John 4:4).
We also address the spirit of lust that has been mentioned. Lust is a snare that defiles the heart and leads away from the purity God desires for His children. Jesus warned in Matthew 5:28, "But I tell you that everyone who gazes at a woman to lust after her has committed adultery with her already in his heart." We pray that the Lord would cleanse your heart and mind, replacing lustful thoughts with a hunger for righteousness and holiness. Flee from temptation, as 1 Corinthians 6:18-20 exhorts, "Flee sexual immorality! ‘Every sin that a man does is outside the body,’ but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit which is in you, which you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s."
We also pray against the evil eye and any form of demonic oppression. The Lord is your shield and protector, and we declare that no curse or hex shall have power over you. Galatians 3:13 reminds us, "Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us. For it is written, ‘Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree.’" We cover you in the blood of Jesus and declare that you are free from every snare of the enemy.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the victory that is ours through the cross. We ask that You would break every chain of demonic influence in this dear one’s life. Cleanse their mind of every ungodly memory, sound, and word that the enemy has used to torment them. Fill them with Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, and guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
Lord, we ask that You would deliver them from the spirit of lust and every impure thought. Create in them a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within them. Help them to walk in purity and holiness, setting their minds on things above, not on earthly things. Surround them with godly influences and fill their heart with a desire to honor You in all they do.
We declare that they are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves them. We pray that You would strengthen their faith and help them to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. May they find their refuge and strength in You alone, knowing that You are their deliverer and protector.
We thank You, Lord, for hearing our prayer and for Your faithfulness to Your children. We trust in Your promise that "if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36). May this dear one walk in the freedom and victory that is theirs in Christ Jesus. We pray all these things in the powerful and mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
