This prayer you have brought rests on the deepest need anyone can have: salvation through Jesus Christ. Nothing in a workplace, a household, or a legal dispute is more important than being reconciled to God through him. Jesus is able to save to the uttermost all who come to God by him, and whoever comes to him will not be cast out. So keep lifting up those employees and the people in their lives, asking that the good news would reach them now. You are not praying alone, because the risen Christ ever lives to intercede for his people, and he allows your prayers to join his.
Pray also for faithful witnesses in that very place. When believers work with honesty, respect, and diligence, they honor the name of God and give weight to the gospel. A transformed life at work can preach more clearly than many words. Ask the Lord to make any Christians there the kind of employees whose conduct does not dishonor the faith but draws others to ask what they have.
I join you in bringing the legal dispute before the Lord as well. Pray that the parties would be given wisdom, humility, and a desire for a just and peaceful settlement. Yet the greater aim is still salvation. The pressure of such a dispute often opens hearts to ask larger questions. Pray that those involved would not neglect this great salvation but would hear the word and believe. Faith comes by hearing, so ask God to send the message and soften hearts to receive it. Let your intercession be filled with compassion for the lost, because that is the secret behind all true intercession: love for souls.
We can pray with confidence, for if God is for us, who can be against us? In Jesus Christ.
