We lift up to You, Lord, with hearts full of concern and love. First and foremost, we pray for his salvation if he has not yet surrendered his life to You. Your Word declares, "For God so loved the world, that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him should not perish, but have eternal life" (John 3:16). We ask that You draw him to Yourself, open his eyes to the truth of the Gospel, and soften his heart to receive Your gift of salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" (Acts 4:12). If he has already placed his trust in You, we pray for a deepening of his faith and a life that reflects Your love and holiness.
We also lift up the people in his life, asking that You would move powerfully in their hearts as well. Many are lost without knowing You, and we pray that You would send laborers into their lives to share the Good News, "The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few. Pray therefore to the Lord of the harvest, that he may send out laborers into his harvest" (Matthew 9:37-38). May they come to know You as their Lord and Savior, turning from sin and walking in the light of Your truth.
Father, we ask for Your healing touch upon ’s health. You are the Great Physician, and we trust in Your power to restore and strengthen. "Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be healthy, even as your soul prospers" (3 John 1:2). Whether his needs are physical, emotional, or spiritual, we ask that You meet him in his weakness and bring wholeness according to Your will.
Lord, we also take a moment to rebuke any spiritual strongholds or influences in his life that may be hindering his walk with You. If there are areas of sin, unbelief, or worldly attachments, we ask that You break their power in the name of Jesus. "For the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but mighty before God to the throwing down of strongholds, throwing down imaginations and every high thing that is exalted against the knowledge of God, and bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ" (2 Corinthians 10:4-5). May he walk in freedom and victory as he submits to You.
We declare Your promises over ’s life: that You have plans for him, plans for peace and not for evil, to give him a future and a hope (Jeremiah 29:11). May he seek You with all his heart and find You (Jeremiah 29:13). Strengthen him in his faith, surround him with godly influences, and use him as a vessel for Your glory.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. May and those around him come to know You more deeply, walk in Your ways, and experience the abundant life You offer through Jesus Christ. We ask all these things in the mighty and precious name of Jesus. Amen.
