We join you in lifting up , , and all those connected to their lives, asking the Lord to draw them near to Himself. Salvation is found in no one else but Jesus Christ, for "there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). It is only through faith in Him, believing that He died for our sins, was buried, and rose again, that we receive eternal life (1 Corinthians 15:3-4). We pray that their hearts would be softened to the truth of the Gospel and that they would turn to Christ in repentance and faith.

Father God, we ask that You would open their eyes to see their need for a Savior. Remove any hardness of heart or deception that keeps them from recognizing the truth. Let Your Holy Spirit convict them of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8), and lead them to the foot of the cross. We pray that they would confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in their hearts that You raised Him from the dead, so that they may be saved (Romans 10:9). Surround them with believers who will share the hope of Christ with love and boldness.

Lord, we also lift up the relationships in their lives. If there are any ungodly influences, unhealthy attachments, or sinful patterns, whether in friendships, courtships, or marriages, we ask that You would break those chains. Guard their hearts and minds, and lead them into relationships that honor You. If there is any sexual immorality, idolatry, or rebellion against Your design for marriage and purity, we rebuke it in Jesus’ name. Your Word is clear: "Flee sexual immorality! 'Every sin that a man does is outside the body,' but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. Or don’t you know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God? You are not your own, for you were bought with a price. Therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s" (1 Corinthians 6:18-20). Help them to walk in holiness and to seek Your will above all else.

We pray for wisdom and discernment for and as they navigate their relationships. May they seek godly spouses who love You and share their faith, and may their courtships be marked by purity, patience, and a commitment to Your Word. If they are already married, we pray for unity, love, and a shared devotion to Christ in their homes. Strengthen their marriages to reflect the relationship between Christ and the Church (Ephesians 5:22-33).

Father, we also ask that You would protect them from the schemes of the enemy. Guard them against temptation, doubt, and despair. Fill them with Your peace and joy as they trust in You. Let them experience Your love in a tangible way, so that they may know that You are their refuge and strength.

We declare over their lives that they are fearfully and wonderfully made (Psalm 139:14), created for Your glory. May they come to know You as their Lord and Savior, and may their lives be transformed by the power of the Gospel. We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we are saved. Amen.

We are drawn in by the simple, earnest repetition in your prayer. It’s the kind of praying where the heart keeps circling back to the same few names, not because the words are failing, but because the love is that deep. Bringing the same people before the throne, day after day, even when you have no control over their response, is a quiet act of trust that God alone knows their hearts and his Spirit alone can draw them.

We’ve found it helps to remember that salvation is his grand, complete work, not just rescuing a soul from danger, but making a person wholly new. That means when we pray “save her” or “save him,” we’re asking for something only the living Christ can do, and he does it thoroughly. It’s freeing to realize we don’t carry the weight of the outcome; we simply keep placing the people we love into the most capable hands there are.

In the meantime, this kind of persevering prayer is itself a gift to them, even if they never know it’s happening. It keeps our own hearts soft toward them, watchful for any small opening, and ready to speak a timely word or offer a steady witness without pressure. So we’d say the one concrete step here is simply to go on doing what you’re doing, quietly, faithfully, in Jesus’ name. Let that be enough right now.

Lord Jesus, we lift up this woman and this man before you, and every dear one connected to their lives. You know each name, each story, each hidden need. We ask for the miracle of salvation: draw them to yourself, open their eyes, and bring about the genuine transformation that only you can give. Until that day comes, steady the one who prays, and let their faithful love be a quiet sign pointing to you. Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, wisdom, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to know You, so that I can trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God-conscious-solution-focused-heart-mind-spirit-and-attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. How blessed a thing it is when the Spirit of God stirs your soul to plead for others! This very prayer laid upon your heart is a token that you know something of the Master’s own mind, for He ever lives to make intercession for the transgressors. He has gone within the veil, and there He pleads for His own; and when you take up the case of these two souls and their companions, you stand in sweet sympathy with your Redeemer. The cry, "Heavenly Father, save them," is a seed dropped into the furrows of mercy, and none can tell what harvest may spring from those secret groanings which no ear hears but God’s.

Yet remember this: the Holy Spirit makes intercession for the saints, and within the saints, but His intercession is not in the unregenerate. Those for whom you pray must themselves be brought to look unto Christ and be saved. The way stands open and clear: "Whoever believes on Him shall not be ashamed." The Scripture does not bid a sinner bring a price or a feeling; it cries, "Look! look! look!" That single glance of faith bringsinstantaneous and eternal salvation. Your part is not only to pray, but, as you have opportunity, to tell them plainly how simple the way is. All men are approachable at some time or in some way; a word fitly spoken may be the arrow that pierces the heart. Let them know that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, the very chief, and that the only salvation worth having is God’s salvation, devised in infinite wisdom, purchased by precious blood, and given freely without money and without price. His honor is engaged to save the meanest of His sheep who trusts in Him.

And while you intercede for others, do not neglect your own soul. It is a dreadful thing to be a signpost pointing the way yet never walking it yourself. Have you yourself tasted that the Lord is gracious? Can you say, "He loved me and gave Himself for me"? Be sure that you have fled from every refuge of lies and have rested your whole weight upon the finished work of Jesus. A man cannot give away bread he has never eaten, nor can he commend a Saviour he has never embraced. If you know Him as your blessed Confidant who knows every secret and never betrays it, then you will pray with boldness and speak with unction. But if there lingers a doubt about your own standing before God, let this drive you afresh to the cross. There is but one way for you and for those you love: the publican’s cry, the look of the dying thief, the childlike trust that takes Christ at His word.

Pray on, never ceasing. Samuel was born, named, nurtured, housed in prayer, and he never departed from supplication. Though you may not yet see the answer, the Book of Remembrance holds the record of these hidden intercessions. The vision may seem to depart, as in the prison cell, but behold, it shines again when least expected. One day before the throne, you may meet these very souls washed in the blood of the Lamb, and what a joy it will be to trace that river of mercy back to a poor whispered prayer upon your knees. In the meantime, labour in prayer and in plain dealing, and leave the issue to the God who writes intercession upon men’s hearts. He bids sinners look, and He will give them eyes to see.

You have done well to bring these souls before the Lord, for it is a good and fitting work to desire the salvation of others. Yet examine your own heart even now. Do you hold any remembrance of wrongs against these you pray for, or against any other? If you come with hands lifted up to God, but your heart is bound with the poison of resentment, you do not pray but accuse yourself. For He who said, "Forgive, and you shall be forgiven," expects that when you ask mercy, you first show mercy. If not, you sharpen the sword against your own soul, even while you wear the mask of a suppliant.

Do not think that by many words you will be heard. It is not the abundance of syllables that inclines the Master to grant salvation. A pure life, joined with earnest and humble supplication, that is the prayer which pierces the heavens. And give thanks as you pray, not only for your own gifts but for every kindness God shows to all, for even the rain falls on the just and the unjust, and He dispenses all things for our good, even when we do not perceive it.

Remember that Christ ever lives to make intercession for us. He is able to save to the uttermost those who draw near to God through Him. Do not trust, then, that a passing prayer alone suffices, either for you or for them. You yourself must be alert. For if we sleep in carelessness, the prayers of the saints profit us little, as Paul himself needed the prayers of the Church and yet strove mightily. How much more do you need to wrestle in prayer and amend your own ways, lest you cry out for another's salvation while neglecting your own?

Go forth, therefore, and first be reconciled to all, then come boldly to the throne of grace, entreating God with a clean heart, both for these persons and for every soul. Persist without ceasing, and let your prayer be a continual offering, not a single cry. For He who commanded us to ask, seek, and knock, waits for your importunity, not because He is unwilling, but that He may draw you closer to Himself.

Your prayer rises from a heart that understands the deepest need of every person: salvation. There is no greater request to bring before the throne of grace, and nothing aligns more perfectly with God’s own desire. He is not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. So when you cry out for these souls, you are echoing the very heartbeat of heaven.

The good news you are leaning into is the power of God unto salvation for everyone who believes. It is not a set of rules to be kept or a ladder of worthiness to climb. The gospel is the stunning announcement that while we were still sinners, Christ died for the ungodly. God manifested His love toward us in that way. Salvation is a gift, wrapped entirely in the grace of Jesus Christ. It is found in no other name, for His name itself declares the promise: the Lord is our salvation. He came to save His people from their sins.

When you ask the Father to save someone, you are not asking Him to merely help them improve their lives. You are asking for the radical, life creating work of the Holy Spirit, turning a heart of stone into a heart of flesh. It is the gift of eternal life, granted in a moment through faith, yet it transforms everything. The God who entrusted us with this message has also entrusted us with the privilege of intercession. We pour out our own souls in prayer because the people we lift up are dear to us, just as they are dear to Him.

So do not grow weary in this prayer. Stand firm on the truth of the gospel of grace. Resist the subtle whisper that says anyone must first clean themselves up to come to Jesus. The gospel is not good advice about what we must do for God; it is the good news of what God has already done for us in Christ. This is the one true gospel, and it has the power to overcome every blind eye and every hardened heart. Keep praying with confidence, for the One who is able to save to the uttermost is ever living to make intercession. Your plea is joined to His own ongoing work before the Father.
