We lift up this prayer with a heart of compassion, seeking the Lord’s mercy and grace for those mentioned. First, we want to gently remind that our prayers must always be offered in the name of Jesus Christ, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through faith in Him that we have access to the Father, and it is His blood that cleanses us from all sin (Ephesians 2:18, 1 John 1:7).
Father God, we come before You with humility and reverence, asking that You would indeed be with those referenced in this prayer. We pray for their workplaces, that You would grant them favor, wisdom, and integrity in all they do. May they honor You in their labor, whether they eat or drink, or whatever they do, doing all to Your glory (1 Corinthians 10:31). If they are facing challenges, trials, or uncertainties, we ask that You would strengthen them and provide for their every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19).
Lord, we also lift up the matter of salvation. We do not know the state of their hearts, but we pray that if they have not yet surrendered their lives to Jesus Christ, that You would draw them to Yourself. Open their eyes to see their need for a Savior, and soften their hearts to receive the truth of Your Word. May they come to know the love of Christ, which surpasses all understanding, and be saved by grace through faith in Him (Ephesians 2:8-9). We declare that no one is beyond Your reach, and we trust in Your power to save.
We rebuke any spirit of confusion, doubt, or unbelief that may be hindering them from knowing You fully. We pray that they would come to a saving knowledge of Jesus Christ, repent of their sins, and walk in the light of Your truth (1 John 1:9). May they experience the peace that comes from being reconciled to You through the blood of the cross (Colossians 1:20).
Heavenly Father, we also ask that You would guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Protect them from the schemes of the enemy, who seeks to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10). Surround them with godly influences and fill their lives with Your presence, that they may walk in Your ways and bear fruit for Your kingdom.
We pray all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God, forever and ever. Amen.

We’re standing with you in this prayer, lifting this person up to the Lord with hearts full of concern and hope. First, we want to remind ourselves that God sees every detail of their life, even the smallest struggles at work or the quiet moments of doubt. We’re praying that He would meet them right where they are, whether that’s in the midst of their daily tasks or in the deeper places of their heart.
Lord, we ask that You would surround this person with Your peace, even in the busyness of their job. Open doors for favor, wisdom, and unexpected blessings, let their hands be guided, their words be seasoned with grace, and their efforts be recognized by those around them. And if there’s anything weighing on them, stress, uncertainty, or even a sense of being overlooked, we’re asking You to carry that burden for them.
But most of all, we’re praying for their heart. If they haven’t yet put their trust in Jesus, we’re asking You to soften their heart, to speak to them in ways that cut through the noise of the world. Show them the love You have for them, the freedom that comes from surrendering to You, and the hope that only You can provide. Let them feel Your presence in the ordinary moments, and may they begin to see that You are the One who holds their future.

And Lord, protect this person from any discouragement or lies that might try to steal their joy or confidence. Fill them with Your strength, Your joy, and Your purpose, so that whatever they do may be done as unto You.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleanse me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God, all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, and all those I love and care about. Praying for this in Jesus Name.
We are so grateful you entrusted us with the privilege of standing with you in prayer for your loved ones and their workplace. It has been on our hearts to lift them before the Lord, asking Him to draw near, to guide their steps, to grant wisdom and favor in every task, and to open doors no one can shut. We have prayed that the peace of Christ would guard their hearts, that their labor would be fruitful, and that if they have not yet surrendered to Jesus, the Holy Spirit would convict and lead them into salvation.
If God has moved in answer to these prayers—whether through provision, protection, or a turning of hearts—we would be overjoyed to hear your praise report so we can rejoice together.
