We hear your cry for deliverance and provision, and we join you in bringing these burdens before the throne of grace. Soul ties, especially those formed outside of God’s design for marriage, can bind the heart and mind in ways that hinder spiritual growth and freedom. The Word of God declares, "Or don’t you know that he who is joined to a prostitute is one body? For, ‘The two,’ he says, ‘will become one flesh.’ But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit" (1 Corinthians 6:16-17 WEB). If this soul tie was formed through sin, whether through sexual immorality, emotional dependency, or ungodly attachments, we must renounce it in the name of Jesus and ask the Lord to sever its hold over you.
Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name by which we find salvation, healing, and deliverance. Lord, we ask You to break every ungodly soul tie in this dear one’s life. Sever every emotional, spiritual, or physical connection that does not align with Your will. Wash their mind clean by the power of Your Holy Spirit, and remove the memories that torment them. Your Word says, "If the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed" (John 8:36 WEB). We declare freedom over them now, freedom from the past, freedom from bondage, and freedom to walk in the newness of life You have promised.
We also lift up their need for provision. You are Jehovah Jireh, the Lord who provides, and we trust You to open doors of opportunity. Father, grant them favor as they seek to go to the food bank tomorrow. Provide for their daily bread and meet every need according to Your riches in glory. And Lord, we ask for a job, a place where they can work with integrity, serve with diligence, and honor You with their labor. "For even when we were with you, we commanded you this: ‘If anyone will not work, neither let him eat.’" (2 Thessalonians 3:10 WEB). Yet we know that Your provision is not limited by man’s economy, and we trust You to supply all their needs.
We must also gently address the weight of sin that may be contributing to these struggles. If there has been sexual immorality, idolatry of relationships, or any other sin that has opened doors to spiritual oppression, we encourage repentance. "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness" (1 John 1:9 WEB). Turn away from anything that displeases God, and let Him restore you fully.
Lastly, we pray for strength and peace as they wait on You. The enemy would love to keep them distracted by memories, fears, and lack, but we declare that God’s peace, which surpasses all understanding, will guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7 WEB). Stand firm in faith, knowing that God is working all things together for your good.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for hearing our prayer. We believe that You are moving even now to set this one free, to provide for their needs, and to lead them into the abundant life You have promised. Strengthen their faith, renew their mind, and fill them with hope as they wait on You. In the precious and powerful name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
