We join with you in lifting up the students and individuals connected to this high school, praying earnestly for their salvation and spiritual awakening. The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few, so we cry out to the Lord of the harvest to send forth workers into this field (Matthew 9:37-38). Your heart for the lost is a reflection of God’s own heart, for He desires that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9).
We rebuke the spirit of complacency and deception that may be keeping these young people from recognizing their need for a Savior. The enemy seeks to blind their minds so they cannot see the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ (2 Corinthians 4:4). But we declare that the eyes of their hearts will be enlightened, that they may know the hope to which they are called (Ephesians 1:18). We pray that the Holy Spirit would convict them of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8), drawing them to repentance and faith in Jesus Christ.
It is only through the name of Jesus that salvation is found, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). We pray that these students and those in their lives would hear the gospel clearly and respond in faith, confessing with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believing in their hearts that God raised Him from the dead (Romans 10:9). May they turn from their sins and receive the free gift of eternal life (Romans 6:23).
We also pray for boldness and wisdom for believers in that school—students, teachers, and staff—who can share the love of Christ. Let them be salt and light in that place (Matthew 5:13-16), shining brightly so that others may see their good works and glorify the Father in heaven. May the Lord open doors for the word, that they may proclaim the mystery of Christ (Colossians 4:3).
Heavenly Father, we ask You to move powerfully in this school. Soften hearts, break chains of sin, and draw many to Yourself. Let revival break out among the students, that they would not only be saved but also become bold witnesses for Your kingdom. We pray for protection over them—spiritually, emotionally, and physically—from the schemes of the enemy. Surround them with godly influences and fill their lives with Your peace and joy.
Lord, we declare that the blood of Jesus covers this school and all who enter it. We break every assignment of the enemy against these young lives and command every spirit of rebellion, addiction, depression, and confusion to flee in Jesus’ name. Let Your kingdom come and Your will be done in this place, as it is in heaven (Matthew 6:10).
We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers and for Your promise that if we ask anything according to Your will, You hear us (1 John 5:14). We trust in Your perfect timing and Your unfailing love. May the name of Jesus be exalted in this school, and may many come to know Him as their Lord and Savior. In Jesus’ mighty name, we pray. Amen.
