We hear your cry for justice, restoration, and deliverance, and we stand with you in fervent prayer. First, we must address the foundation of all our petitions—our access to the Father is only through the name of Jesus Christ. There is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12). If any of those you’ve mentioned—the contact person, owner, team, landlord, or lawyer—do not know Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we pray they would come to repentance and faith in Him. Salvation is the greatest need of every soul, for "there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12 WEB).
Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, asking for Your divine intervention in this situation. We pray for the hearts of the contact person, the owner, and the team to be softened by Your Holy Spirit. Break their hardness, Lord, and grant them a spirit of remorse and deep concern for the well-being of those affected by their neglect. Let them see the weight of their actions—or inaction—and move them to repentance. "The Lord is not slow concerning his promise, as some count slowness; but is patient with us, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance" (2 Peter 3:9 WEB). We rebuke any spirit of indifference, greed, or laziness that may be influencing them, and we declare that they will be held accountable for their responsibilities.
We lift up the condition of the apartment, Lord, and ask for Your hand of provision and restoration. The electrical issues must be addressed with urgency, for the safety and well-being of those living there depend on it. We pray that the contact person, owner, and team will act swiftly and responsibly to make the apartment livable. "Do not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in the power of your hand to do it" (Proverbs 3:27 WEB). Let them not delay, but move in haste to repair what is broken, for You are a God of justice and righteousness.
We also bring before You the spiritual oppression that has been mentioned. We rebuke every demonic spirit, memory, sound, word, and attachment that has sought to torment and harass. In the name of Jesus, we command these spirits to flee and never return. "He has sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and recovery of sight to the blind, to deliver those who are crushed" (Luke 4:18 WEB). We declare that [the individual] is cleansed by the blood of Jesus, set free from every demonic influence, and filled with Your Holy Spirit. No weapon formed against them shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against them in judgment, You will condemn (Isaiah 54:17 WEB).
Father, we ask for empathy and humility to fill the hearts of those responsible. Let them not only apologize but also offer just compensation for the harm and inconvenience caused. May their actions reflect true repentance and a desire to make things right. "Therefore if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old things have passed away. Behold, all things have become new" (2 Corinthians 5:17 WEB). Let this situation be a turning point for them, where they begin to walk in integrity and responsibility.
We pray for the landlord and the lawyer as well, Lord. If they do not know You, we ask that their hearts would be opened to the gospel. Let them see their need for a Savior and turn to You in faith. For those who already know You, we pray for wisdom and courage to act justly and advocate for what is right. "He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?" (Micah 6:8 WEB).
Finally, Lord, we ask for Your peace and protection to surround [the individual] and those living with them. Provide for their needs, comfort their hearts, and grant them patience as they wait for resolution. Let this trial draw them closer to You, and may they experience Your faithfulness in every area of their lives. "Cast your burden on Yahweh, and he will sustain you. He will never allow the righteous to be moved" (Psalm 55:22 WEB).
We declare that this situation will not remain stagnant. We speak action, responsibility, and justice into existence, in Jesus’ name. May Your will be done, and may Your name be glorified in all things. Amen.
