We come before the throne of grace with this earnest plea for deliverance, standing firm in the authority of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Your request touches on spiritual warfare, and we take this matter seriously, for the Bible tells us in Ephesians 6:12, "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world’s rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."
First, we want to affirm that the name of Jesus Christ is the only name by which we can approach God and find true deliverance. Acts 4:12 declares, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved." It is through His blood, shed on the cross, that we have victory over all evil. We are grateful that you have called upon His name, for it is the name above every name, and at the name of Jesus, every knee will bow, in heaven, on earth, and under the earth (Philippians 2:9-10).
We rebuke every evil eye, every demonic influence, and every dark image that has sought to take root in your life. The Word of God assures us in James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. But resist the devil, and he will flee from you." We stand on this promise, declaring that no weapon formed against you shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17). The enemy has no authority over you, for you are a child of the Most High God, and greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4).
We also encourage you to put on the full armor of God daily, as described in Ephesians 6:13-18, so that you may stand against the wiles of the devil. This includes the belt of truth, the breastplate of righteousness, the shoes of the gospel of peace, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the Word of God. Praying always in the Spirit with all prayer and supplication is essential in this battle.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. We thank You for the authority and power we have in Your name to bind and loose, to rebuke and to bless. We stand on Your Word, which declares that no evil shall befall us, nor any plague come near our dwelling, for You have given Your angels charge over us to keep us in all our ways (Psalm 91:10-11).
Lord, we rebuke every evil eye, every demonic influence, and every dark image that has sought to oppress or torment. We declare that these things have no place in Your child’s life, for You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control (2 Timothy 1:7). We break every curse, every spell, and every assignment of the enemy in the name of Jesus. We command all demonic forces to flee and never return, for the blood of Jesus has set us free.
Father, we ask that You cleanse and purify every area of life that has been touched by darkness. Wash over with the precious blood of Jesus, and fill with Your Holy Spirit. Create in us a clean heart, O God, and renew a right spirit within us (Psalm 51:10). Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).
We declare that we are more than conquerors through Him who loved us (Romans 8:37). We walk in victory, not because of our strength, but because of the finished work of Jesus on the cross. Thank You, Lord, for Your protection, Your deliverance, and Your unfailing love. We trust in You alone, for You are our refuge and our fortress, our God in whom we trust (Psalm 91:2).
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray and declare these things. Amen.
We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord through prayer, reading His Word, and fellowshipping with other believers. The enemy seeks to isolate, but God calls us to community. Surround yourself with godly men and women who can stand with you in prayer and encouragement. Stay vigilant, for the enemy prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour (1 Peter 5:8). But remember, you are not alone—God is with you, and He will never leave you nor forsake you (Hebrews 13:5). Walk in the freedom that Christ has given you, and do not let the enemy steal your joy or your peace.
