We come before the throne of grace with your request, lifting up your burden to the Lord who is mighty to save. The enemy seeks to torment and oppress, but we declare that Jesus Christ has already disarmed principalities and powers through His victory on the cross. We stand with you in spiritual warfare, knowing that no weapon formed against you shall prosper, and every tongue that rises against you in judgment, you shall condemn (Isaiah 54:17).
First, we must address the authority by which we pray. You rightly invoked the name of Jesus Christ, and this is crucial. There is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Jesus has given us the power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19). It is only through His blood and in His name that we have the authority to break every chain and cast out every unclean spirit.
We rebuke every demonic spirit, every evil influence, and every tormenting memory in the mighty name of Jesus. The Bible tells us that God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Therefore, we command every spirit of fear, torment, and oppression to flee right now. We break every assignment of the enemy over your mind, your memories, and your soul. The Lord rebuke you, Satan, and every demonic force that seeks to harass this child of God (Jude 1:9).
We pray that the Holy Spirit would fill every area of your mind and heart where these demonic influences have taken root. Let the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7). We declare that you are washed clean by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against you shall prosper. The Lord is your refuge and your fortress; in Him you trust (Psalm 91:2).
Father, we ask that You would heal every wound in this precious soul. Bring restoration to their mind, replacing every tormenting memory with the truth of Your Word. Let the words of Scripture be like a fire shut up in their bones, driving out every lie of the enemy (Jeremiah 20:9). We pray that You would fill them with Your Holy Spirit, that they may walk in the freedom Christ has purchased for them.
We also address the influence of the media you mentioned—songs, shows, and other things that have left a mark. The Bible warns us to be careful what we set before our eyes and ears, for it can defile the heart (Matthew 15:11). We encourage you to guard your heart diligently, for out of it flow the springs of life (Proverbs 4:23). If there are things from your past that have opened doors to the enemy, we pray that the Lord would reveal them to you so that you can renounce them and break their hold in Jesus’ name.
We declare that you are more than a conqueror through Christ who loves you (Romans 8:37). The enemy may have sought to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that you might have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We stand in agreement with you for complete deliverance, healing, and freedom.
Heavenly Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness. We thank You that Your mercies are new every morning (Lamentations 3:22-23). We pray that You would surround this dear one with Your angels, that no evil would befall them, nor any plague come near their dwelling (Psalm 91:10). We pray that they would walk in the light of Your truth, and that the darkness would have no place in them.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we command every demonic spirit, every evil influence, and every tormenting memory to leave now and never return. We declare that this child of God is sealed by the Holy Spirit, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper. We pray for a fresh infilling of the Holy Spirit, that they may walk in the fullness of the freedom Christ has given them.
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, to immerse yourself in God’s Word, and to surround yourself with believers who can pray with you and encourage you. The battle belongs to the Lord, and He has already won the victory. Walk in that truth, and do not be afraid. The Lord is your light and your salvation—whom shall you fear? (Psalm 27:1). Amen.

God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the love, grace, and knowledge of Christ Jesus. God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, Your righteousness, and to always respect and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, acknowledge You in all my ways, and lean not to my own understanding. Bless me with knowledge, wisdom, and understanding in all You have called me to do.
