We come before the throne of grace with your plea heavy on our hearts, lifting you up in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the only name given under heaven by which we must be saved. The Word of God declares in James 4:7, "Be subject therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you." You are not alone in this battle, for the Lord is your refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.
We rebuke every spirit of darkness that seeks to oppress or possess you. The Bible tells us in 1 John 4:4, "You are of God, little children, and have overcome them; because greater is he who is in you than he who is in the world." The power of Jesus Christ is greater than any demonic force, and His blood has already secured your victory. We stand on the authority of Luke 10:19, where Jesus says, "Behold, I give you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy. Nothing will in any way hurt you."
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the powerful name of Jesus Christ, the Name above all names. We lift up this dear one who is crying out for deliverance. Lord, You are the God who breaks every chain, who sets the captives free, and who crushes the head of the serpent. We ask You to send Your holy angels to encamp around them, to protect and defend them from every attack of the enemy.
Father, we rebuke every demonic spirit that has sought to oppress, torment, or possess them. In the name of Jesus, we command these spirits to flee and to be crushed under the feet of Your anointed. We declare that this child of God is sealed by the blood of Jesus, and no weapon formed against them shall prosper. We plead the blood of Jesus over their mind, body, and spirit, and we ask You to fill them with Your Holy Spirit, driving out every trace of darkness.
Lord, we ask that You would reveal to them any open doors in their life that may have allowed the enemy access—whether through unconfessed sin, unforgiveness, or involvement in occult practices. Give them the strength to renounce these things and to walk in the light of Your truth. Surround them with godly believers who can stand with them in prayer and encouragement.
We thank You, Father, that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun in them. Strengthen their faith, deepen their trust in You, and fill them with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. May they walk in the freedom that Christ has purchased for them, no longer bound by fear but living as a testimony to Your power and love.
In the mighty name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
We encourage you to stand firm in your faith, beloved. The enemy may roar like a lion, but he is already a defeated foe. Continue to immerse yourself in the Word of God, for it is your sword and shield. Psalm 91:1-2 says, "He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of Yahweh, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.'" Claim these promises over your life daily.
If you have not already, we urge you to confess Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, for it is only through Him that you have access to the Father and the power to overcome. Romans 10:9 tells us, "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." If you have not made this decision, we invite you to do so today, for there is no other name under heaven by which we can be saved.
Finally, seek out a Bible-believing church where you can grow in your faith, be discipled, and find support from fellow believers. You do not have to fight this battle alone—God has placed His people in your life to stand with you. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, the author and perfecter of your faith, and walk in the victory that is already yours in Him.
