We join our hearts with yours in lifting this man before the throne of grace, asking that the Holy Spirit would move mightily in his life. The Word of God tells us, "For 'whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" (Romans 10:13 WEB). Salvation is not merely a one-time event but the beginning of a lifelong journey of faith, repentance, and transformation through Christ.
Heavenly Father, we come before You with humble hearts, interceding for this man who may not yet know the depth of Your love or the sacrifice of Your Son, Jesus Christ. Lord, we ask that You would open his eyes to the truth of the Gospel—that all have sinned and fall short of Your glory (Romans 3:23), but that You sent Jesus to die for our sins and rise again so that we might have eternal life (John 3:16). Convict his heart, Father, and draw him to Yourself. Let him see his need for a Savior and surrender his life fully to You.
We rebuke any deception or hardness of heart that may be keeping him from recognizing the truth. The enemy seeks to blind the minds of those who do not believe (2 Corinthians 4:4), but we declare that no scheme of darkness will prevail against the light of Your Gospel. Break every chain, Lord, and let Your truth penetrate his soul.
If this man is already a believer but struggling in his faith, we pray for revival in his spirit. Renew his passion for You, Father, and strengthen his walk so that he may live as a testimony of Your grace. If he has wandered from the path, we ask that You restore him, for You are faithful to forgive and cleanse us from all unrighteousness when we confess our sins (1 John 1:9).
We also pray for those around him—family, friends, or even strangers—who may be instruments of Your love in his life. Use them to speak truth, show kindness, and reflect Your character so that he may see Christ in them. Let Your Church rise up and be a beacon of hope, ready to share the Good News with boldness and love.
Lord, we trust in Your timing and Your perfect will. You desire that none should perish but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3:9). We stand on this promise and ask that You would move in this man’s life in ways that only You can. May he come to know Jesus as his Lord and Savior, experience the peace that surpasses all understanding, and walk in the freedom that comes from a life surrendered to You.
In the mighty and matchless name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
