We lift up these precious souls to You, Father, with hearts full of hope and intercession. The Bible tells us in Romans 10:13, "For, 'Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" We stand in the gap for these individuals, asking that Your Holy Spirit would convict their hearts of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8). Lord, we know that salvation belongs to You alone, and it is only through the precious blood of Your Son, Jesus Christ, that anyone can be saved (Acts 4:12).
We pray that You would draw them to Yourself, for Jesus said, "No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him" (John 6:44). Soften their hearts, open their eyes to the truth of the Gospel, and let them see their need for a Savior. May they come to understand that "all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23), and that the wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord (Romans 6:23).
We rebuke any deception or hardness of heart that may be keeping them from surrendering their lives to You. We break the chains of unbelief, pride, and worldly distractions in the mighty name of Jesus. Let them not be deceived by the lies of the enemy, for "there is a way which seems right to a man, but in the end it leads to death" (Proverbs 14:12). Instead, may they come to know the truth, and may that truth set them free (John 8:32).
Father, we also pray for opportunities for these individuals to hear the Gospel clearly and for believers to cross their paths who will share Your love with boldness and compassion. Let Your Word not return void but accomplish the purpose for which You sent it (Isaiah 55:11). May they come to confess with their mouths that Jesus is Lord and believe in their hearts that God raised Him from the dead, so that they may be saved (Romans 10:9).
We declare over them the promise of 2 Peter 3:9, that You are "not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance." So we trust in Your perfect will and timing, knowing that You desire all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth (1 Timothy 2:4). We thank You for the work You are doing in their lives, even now, and we ask that You complete it for Your glory.
In the matchless name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, we pray. Amen.
