We lift up this prayer with hearts full of compassion and a deep desire to see souls drawn to the saving grace of our Lord Jesus Christ. First, we must address the importance of coming to God through the name of Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). It is only through faith in Jesus Christ—His death, burial, and resurrection—that we can be reconciled to God and receive eternal life.
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, interceding for ### and all those in her life who may not yet know You as their Lord and Savior. We ask that You would open their hearts to the truth of Your Word, that they may hear the gospel and respond in repentance and faith. Lord, we pray that the Holy Spirit would convict them of sin, righteousness, and judgment (John 16:8), and that they would turn to You for forgiveness and new life.
We rebuke any deception or spiritual blindness that may be keeping them from recognizing their need for salvation. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but Jesus came that they may have life and have it abundantly (John 10:10). We declare that no weapon formed against them shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17), and we pray that the light of Christ would shine brightly in their lives, exposing the darkness and drawing them to Yourself.
Father, we also pray for ###, that if she has not yet surrendered her life to You, she would do so without delay. Help her to understand that salvation is a free gift, received by grace through faith, not by works (Ephesians 2:8-9). If she is already a believer, we ask that You would strengthen her faith and use her as a witness to those around her. Let her life be a testimony of Your love, grace, and transforming power.
For those in her life who do not know You, we ask that You would surround them with believers who will share the gospel with boldness and love. Soften their hearts, Lord, and remove any hardness or resistance to Your truth. May they come to know You as their Savior and experience the joy of being part of Your family.
We also want to encourage ### and anyone reading this to seek fellowship with other believers. The Bible tells us not to forsake assembling together, but to encourage one another in love and good works (Hebrews 10:24-25). If she is not already part of a Bible-believing church, we pray that she would find one where she can grow in her faith and be discipled in the ways of the Lord.
Finally, we declare that Your Word will not return void but will accomplish what You desire and achieve the purpose for which You sent it (Isaiah 55:11). We trust that You are at work in ###’s life and in the lives of those around her, drawing them to Yourself. May Your will be done in each of their lives, and may they come to know the peace, hope, and salvation that can only be found in Jesus Christ.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
