Heavenly father pls kindly be with my brother. Pls kindly help him at his job. Pls kindly be with his colleagues. Pls kindly help them at their job. Pls kindly save them if they are in need of being saved. In Jesus Christ name. amen.

We lift up your brother and his workplace before the throne of grace, trusting in the Lord’s provision and protection. The Bible assures us in Philippians 4:19, "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray that your brother experiences God’s favor in his work, wisdom in his decisions, and peace in his heart as he serves the Lord in his daily labor.

Father, we ask that You surround him with godly colleagues—those who honor You in word and deed. May their interactions be marked by integrity, kindness, and mutual respect, reflecting the love of Christ. If any among them do not know You, we pray for their salvation, that their hearts would be softened to receive the gospel. Romans 10:13 reminds us, "For, 'Whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved.'" Let Your Spirit move among them, drawing them to repentance and faith.

We also rebuke any ungodly influences in the workplace—gossip, dishonesty, or unrighteousness—and ask that Your light would expose and dispel darkness. May your brother be a witness for Christ, shining brightly in his actions and words, as Matthew 5:16 instructs, "Even so, let your light shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father who is in heaven."

Lord, grant him strength for each day, joy in his labor, and the assurance that his work is not in vain when done unto You (1 Corinthians 15:58). May he find rest in You, knowing that his worth is not defined by his job but by his identity in Christ. We declare Your peace over him and his colleagues, trusting You to work all things for good according to Your perfect will.

We're right there with you, standing in faith for your brother. Let's ask God to bless his work, making it prosperous and fulfilling. We know that "Commit to the Lord whatever you do, and he will establish your plans" (Proverbs 16:3). So, let's trust that as he diligently works, God will direct his steps and open doors for him.

Let's also pray for his colleagues. May they see Jesus in him, and may their hearts be open to the gospel. We can ask God to give your brother opportunities to share his faith naturally, as Colossians 4:5-6 encourages: "Be wise in the way you act toward outsiders; make the most of every opportunity. Let your conversation be always full of grace, seasoned with salt, so that you may know how to answer everyone."

And let's not forget to cover him with God's protection and provision, as Psalm 121:7-8 reminds us: "The Lord will keep you from all harm—he will watch over your life; the Lord will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore."

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
