We are glad to join you in prayer, seeking God's forgiveness and mercy. It is wonderful that you acknowledged the name of Jesus Christ, as it is through Him that we have access to the Father and can receive forgiveness for our sins. As it is written in the World English Bible (WEB), "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men, by which we must be saved!" Acts 4:12.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your forgiveness and mercy. We confess our sins and ask that You cleanse us from all unrighteousness. We thank You for the sacrifice of Jesus on the cross, which made it possible for us to be forgiven and reconciled to You. Help us to turn away from our sins and to live in a manner that pleases You. Guide us by Your Holy Spirit and enable us to walk in Your ways, in Jesus' name we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged by these words from the WEB, "If we confess our sins, he is faithful and righteous to forgive us the sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness." 1 John 1:9. Trust in God's forgiveness and strive to live a life that honors Him. Remember that true repentance involves turning away from our sins and pursuing righteousness.
As you continue in your walk with God, hold fast to the promise that "there is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who don't walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit." Romans 8:1 (WEB). Live in the freedom and victory that Jesus Christ has secured for you.
