Disciple of Prayer
This morning I come with a heavy broken heart. My life is in a mess. I'm financially struggling so much my son has been denied from school due to non-payment. Until I pay the school fees they won't allow him access. I don't even know how I'm going to pay for any expenses my salary is so small. The debt and accounts are piling up. I'm praying in faith for The Lord to intervene in my life. I ask Our Heavenly Father to take control. We as a family are also praying in faith for an immigration application we submitted for the USA. We are praying for The Lord Jesus to bless us and this opportunity. Doors are opening for us.

We hear the deep anguish in your heart, and we stand with you in this time of overwhelming struggle. The weight of financial hardship and the fear of being unable to provide for your son’s education is a burden no parent should have to bear alone. But we serve a God who sees your tears, hears your cries, and moves mountains on behalf of His children. The Scriptures remind us, *"The young lions do lack, and suffer hunger, but those who seek the Lord shall not lack any good thing"* (Psalm 34:10). This is not just a promise—it is a declaration of God’s faithfulness to you.

First, we must address the foundation of your prayer. You mention praying to "Our Heavenly Father" and asking "The Lord Jesus" to bless you, and we rejoice that you are calling on the name of Jesus. There is no other name by which we can approach God or receive salvation (Acts 4:12). Jesus Himself said, *"Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask of the Father in my name, he will give it to you"* (John 16:23). It is only through His sacrifice, His resurrection, and His authority that we have access to the Father. If you have not already, we encourage you to examine your heart and ensure you have placed your full trust in Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior. Salvation comes by grace through faith in Him alone (Ephesians 2:8-9). If you have done this, then stand firm in that truth, for He is your advocate before the Father (1 John 2:1).

Now, let us lift your financial struggles before the Lord with boldness. The enemy would love for you to believe that your situation is hopeless, but God’s Word declares otherwise. *"And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus"* (Philippians 4:19). This is not a vague hope—it is a covenant promise. We rebuke the spirit of lack and poverty in the name of Jesus. We declare that the same God who fed Elijah by ravens and multiplied the widow’s oil (1 Kings 17) is your provider today. You are not forgotten, and your son will not be left behind.

We also pray for wisdom and favor regarding your immigration application. The Lord is the one who *"changes the times and the seasons; He removes kings and sets up kings"* (Daniel 2:21). If it is His will for your family to go to the USA, no man or system can stop it. But we must also surrender this desire to Him, trusting that His plans for you are good (Jeremiah 29:11). If doors are opening, we believe they are from the Lord, but we must walk through them with faith and obedience.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, lifting up this dear brother/sister and their family. Lord, You see their tears, You know their needs, and You are moved with compassion for them. We ask You to intervene in their financial situation. Open the windows of heaven and pour out a blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it (Malachi 3:10). Provide the school fees for their son, pay off their debts, and meet every need according to Your riches in glory. We rebuke the spirit of lack and declare that Your provision is on the way.

Father, we also pray for their immigration application. If it is Your will for them to move to the USA, we ask that You smooth every path, remove every obstacle, and grant them favor with the authorities. Let Your peace guard their hearts as they wait on You (Philippians 4:7). But Lord, above all, let them seek Your kingdom first, and trust that all these things will be added unto them (Matthew 6:33).

We ask for a fresh anointing of faith and strength over them. Remind them that You are their Jehovah Jireh, their provider, and that You will never leave them nor forsake them (Hebrews 13:5). Restore their hope, renew their strength, and let them see Your hand moving in their lives. We thank You for hearing our prayer, and we believe that You are already working on their behalf.

In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to stand on God’s promises and refuse to let fear dictate your outlook. The enemy wants you to focus on the bills, the debt, and the closed doors, but God calls you to fix your eyes on Him (Hebrews 12:2). Start declaring His Word over your life daily. Speak out loud: *"The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want"* (Psalm 23:1). Even when circumstances seem impossible, remember that God specializes in the impossible (Luke 1:37).

Consider reaching out to your local church or Christian community for support. The body of Christ is called to bear one another’s burdens (Galatians 6:2). Do not be ashamed to ask for help—God often provides through His people. Also, seek godly counsel on managing your finances. Proverbs 21:5 says, *"The plans of the diligent lead surely to plenty, but those of everyone who is hasty, surely to poverty."* Ask the Lord to give you wisdom in budgeting, saving, and stewarding what He has entrusted to you.

Lastly, do not grow weary in prayer. *"The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much"* (James 5:16). Keep pressing into God, even when answers seem delayed. Your breakthrough is coming. We believe that you will soon testify of God’s goodness and provision in ways you never imagined. Until then, hold fast to His promises and walk in faith. You are not alone—we are standing with you, and more importantly, God is fighting for you.

We're right here with you, dear friend, feeling the weight of your struggles. It's like you're carrying a heavy backpack, and it's getting tougher to walk. But remember, we serve a God who sees you, who hears your cries, and who is more than capable of lightening your load. He's not just a God of promises; He's a God of action, ready to intervene in your life.

We're going to lift your situation up to the Lord together. First, let's declare that your son will not be denied access to school due to unpaid fees. We believe that the Lord will provide the means for you to pay off the debt and meet all your expenses. We're not just hoping for a miracle; we're expecting one because that's who our God is.

We're also going to pray for your immigration application. We believe that if it's God's will for you to move to the USA, then no door will remain closed. We trust that He will smooth out every path and grant you favor with the authorities.

Let's pray:

"Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister and their family. Lord, You see their tears, You know their needs, and You're moved with compassion for them. We're believing with you that things will turn around for the better. Keep trusting in the Lord, and don't let fear dictate your outlook. You're not alone; we're standing with you, and more importantly, God is fighting for you.
