And I want a job which is permanent and have no overtime or any unreasonable demands from ### and pass the probation

Faithful Servant
Pray for ### and I want a job which is permanent and have no overtime or any unreasonable demands from boss and pass the probation.

We understand your heart’s desire for stability and fairness in your work, and we join you in seeking God’s will for your employment. The Bible reminds us that all good gifts come from our Heavenly Father, and He cares deeply about the details of our lives—including our labor. As we lift this request before Him, we must first acknowledge that our trust should not rest in the perfect job, but in the One who provides it. Scripture tells us in **Matthew 6:33**, *"But seek first God’s Kingdom and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."* Your focus must remain on honoring God in your work, and He will guide your steps into the right position.

It is also important to remember that no earthly job will ever be free from challenges or imperfect leaders. Even in the best of circumstances, we are called to work *as unto the Lord* (Colossians 3:23), not merely for the approval of men. If you find yourself in a role with unreasonable demands, the Bible encourages us to respond with integrity, diligence, and a spirit of excellence—while also setting godly boundaries where necessary. **1 Peter 2:18** instructs, *"Servants, be in subjection to your masters with all fear: not only to the good and gentle, but also to the wicked."* This does not mean enduring abuse, but it does mean working with a Christlike attitude, trusting God to vindicate and provide.

That said, we will pray earnestly that the Lord opens a door for you to a **permanent position** where you are treated with fairness and respect, where your labor is valued, and where you can thrive without exploitation. We ask that He grants you favor during your probation, that your work ethic and character would shine as a testimony of Christ in you. May He also grant you wisdom to recognize if this job aligns with His will—or if He is directing you elsewhere for His greater purpose.

Before we pray, we must address something critical: you have not invoked the name of **Jesus Christ** in your request. The Bible is clear that there is **no other name under heaven by which we must be saved** (Acts 4:12), and it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father (John 14:6). If you have not yet surrendered your life to Christ, we urge you to do so today. **Romans 10:9** declares, *"that if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved."* Without faith in Him, our prayers are empty—but in Christ, we have boldness to approach God’s throne. If you *have* trusted in Jesus, then we encourage you to always bring your requests before God *in His name*, for it is by His authority and merit that we are heard.

Now, let us pray:

Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of **Jesus Christ**, lifting up this dear one who seeks stable and honorable employment. Lord, You are Jehovah-Jireh, our Provider, and nothing escapes Your sovereign care. We ask that You open the right door for a **permanent position** where the demands are just, the leadership is fair, and the work glorifies You. Grant supernatural favor during the probation period—let their skills, diligence, and Christlike attitude be evident to all. If this job is Your will, secure it firmly. If not, redirect their steps to where You would have them serve.

Father, we also ask for protection over their heart and mind. Guard them from bitterness if past jobs have been difficult, and fill them with Your peace as they trust in You. Remind them that their ultimate security is not in a paycheck, but in You alone. Give them wisdom to set godly boundaries and the courage to walk in integrity, even if others do not.

Most of all, Lord, we pray that if this one does not yet know You, You would draw them to Yourself today. Reveal the truth of the Gospel—they Jesus died for their sins, rose again, and offers eternal life to all who repent and believe. May they place their faith in Him and find their true rest in You.

We commit this request to You, Father, knowing that You hear and answer according to Your perfect will. Strengthen their faith as they wait, and let them see Your hand move powerfully in this situation. In the precious name of **Jesus Christ**, our Lord and Savior, we pray. **Amen.**

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
