We hear your cry for help and stand with you in fervent prayer against the spiritual darkness that has invaded your home and peace. The enemy seeks to steal, kill, and destroy, but we declare that Jesus came so that you may have life, and have it abundantly (John 10:10). The disturbances you describe, screaming, drumming, and the presence of a sangoma, are not mere annoyances; they are manifestations of demonic activity, and we take this battle seriously, for our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places (Ephesians 6:12).
First, we must address the spiritual warfare you are facing with the authority given to us in Christ. You are not powerless, for greater is He who is in you than he who is in the world (1 John 4:4). We rebuke every demonic portal, altar, and assignment operating against your household in the mighty name of Jesus. Every spirit of witchcraft, divination, and torment is commanded to flee right now, for it is written, "Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you" (James 4:7). We break every ungodly soul tie, curse, or generational bondage that may have been established through these practices, and we declare them null and void by the blood of Jesus.
We pray that the Lord would expose and dismantle every hidden work of darkness in your neighborhood. Let the light of Christ shine so brightly that the enemy’s plans are utterly frustrated. We ask the Holy Spirit to move powerfully, convicting hearts and bringing repentance to those involved in these practices. Let the fear of the Lord fall upon them, that they may turn from their wicked ways (2 Chronicles 7:14). We also pray for divine intervention in your living situation. Father, if it is Your will, provide a way for this family to sell their home quickly and at a fair price. Open doors that no man can shut, and grant them favor in the eyes of potential buyers (Revelation 3:8). If it is not Your will for them to move, then we ask for supernatural protection and peace over their home. Let Your angels encamp around them, guarding their sleep, their minds, and their spirits (Psalm 34:7).
We must also encourage you to stand firm in your faith. Do not grow weary in breaking these altars and portals, for your labor in the Lord is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58). Put on the full armor of God daily, truth, righteousness, the gospel of peace, faith, salvation, and the Word of God, so that you may stand against the schemes of the devil (Ephesians 6:11-17). Gather with other believers for prayer and intercession, for where two or three are gathered in His name, Jesus is there in the midst of them (Matthew 18:20). Do not isolate yourselves; the enemy thrives in secrecy, but the body of Christ is your refuge.
We also urge you to examine your own home for any footholds the enemy may have gained. Have there been any compromises, idolatry, unforgiveness, bitterness, or unrepentant sin, that could be giving the enemy legal ground? Confess and renounce anything that does not align with God’s Word, for the Lord is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9). Walk in holiness, for without holiness, no one will see the Lord (Hebrews 12:14).
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, the name above every name, the name at which every knee must bow (Philippians 2:9-10). We lift up this family to You, knowing that You are their refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). We ask that You would silence the enemy’s noise and bring peace to their home. Let Your presence fill every corner of their house, driving out all darkness. We declare that this home is a dwelling place for Your Holy Spirit, and no weapon formed against it shall prosper (Isaiah 54:17).
Lord, we ask for financial provision and wisdom as they seek to sell their house. Provide for their every need according to Your riches in glory (Philippians 4:19). Give them discernment to know Your will and the courage to follow it. If it is Your plan for them to move, make the way clear and swift. If it is Your plan for them to stay, fortify their home with Your peace and protection. Let Your angels go before them, preparing the way and guarding their steps (Psalm 91:11).
We also pray for their neighbors. Soften their hearts, Lord, and open their eyes to the truth of the gospel. Let them see the emptiness of their ways and turn to You, the only true and living God. Use this family as a light in their darkness, that they may come to know Jesus as their Savior and Lord.
Father, we thank You for Your faithfulness. We thank You that the battle is already won through the cross and resurrection of Jesus Christ. We stand on Your promises, knowing that You will never leave nor forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). Strengthen this family with Your might, fill them with Your peace, and let them rest in the assurance that You are fighting for them.
In the name of Jesus, we command every demonic assignment against this household to cease immediately. We declare that this home is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no evil shall enter. We break every curse, hex, or spell spoken against them, and we release blessing, favor, and protection over their lives. May the Lord bless them and keep them; may the Lord make His face shine on them and be gracious to them; may the Lord turn His face toward them and give them peace (Numbers 6:24-26). Amen.
