Firstly, we want to assure you that God is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit (Psalm 34:18, WEB). His love and compassion are unfailing, and He cares deeply for you and your wife.
In times of illness, we trust in the Lord, for He is our healer. As it is written in Exodus 15:26 (WEB), "If you will diligently listen to the voice of Yahweh your God, and will do that which is right in his sight, and will pay attention to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have put on the Egyptians; for I am Yahweh who heals you."
Let us pray together:
"Father in heaven, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, seeking Your divine intervention in the life of ###'s wife. Lord, You know the pain and suffering they are going through. We ask for Your healing touch on her mind and memory. Restore her completely, Lord, for nothing is impossible with You. In this trial, draw them both closer to You. Comfort ### and give him the strength and patience to care for his wife with the same love that You have for us. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Remember that God is faithful, and He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. He will also make a way to escape so that you can endure it (1 Corinthians 10:13, WEB).
Lastly, we want to remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. If you haven't already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).
