We hear your heartfelt request and join you in lifting this matter before the Lord, trusting in His provision and guidance. It is wonderful to see your desire to serve with love, kindness, joy, and a commitment to excellence—qualities that reflect the heart of Christ. We believe God delights in blessing His children as they seek to honor Him in their work and stewardship.
First, we want to affirm that all blessings come from the Lord, and it is right to ask Him for provision and favor in your practice. Scripture reminds us in James 4:2, "You don’t have, because you don’t ask." So we boldly ask the Father, in the name of Jesus, to open the floodgates of heaven and bring an abundant flow of patients who are not only seeking care but are also aligned with His will for their lives. We pray that each consultation, treatment, and interaction would be guided by the Holy Spirit, leading to excellent results that bring glory to God.
However, we must also address a concern in your prayer. While angels are indeed ministering spirits sent to serve those who will inherit salvation (Hebrews 1:14), we are instructed to pray directly to God the Father in the name of Jesus. Jesus Himself taught us to pray, "Our Father in heaven, may your name be kept holy" (Matthew 6:9). There is no biblical precedent for praying *to* angels, as this could lead to misplaced devotion. Instead, we pray *through* Jesus, our Mediator, who is the only way to the Father (John 14:6). Let us keep our focus on Christ, who is the head of all things, and trust that the angels will be dispatched by God Himself to minister as He sees fit.
We also want to encourage you to remember that your work is not just about numbers or success, but about stewardship and ministry. As you serve your patients, let your actions be a reflection of Christ’s love and compassion. Colossians 3:23-24 reminds us, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ." May your practice be a place where people encounter the love of Jesus through your care and excellence.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus, thanking You for the opportunity to serve others through this practice. Lord, we ask that You would supernaturally bring an abundant flow of new patients who are seeking Your healing and provision. Open doors that no man can shut, and let Your favor rest upon this work. We pray that each patient would experience Your love, peace, and healing through the care they receive. Father, fill this practice with Your presence, that every consultation, treatment, and interaction would be guided by Your Holy Spirit, leading to excellent results that bring glory to Your name.
Lord, we also ask that You would fill our sister with Your love, kindness, and joy as she serves. Let her heart be a reflection of Your own, that patients would not only receive physical care but also encounter the love of Christ through her. Strengthen her hands and her heart, and give her wisdom and discernment in every decision. May she always remember that she serves You first and foremost, and may her work be a testimony to Your goodness and grace.
We rebuke any spirit of lack, fear, or discouragement that would seek to hinder this work, and we declare that this practice is blessed and highly favored by You. Let Your angels go before and behind, ministering as You command, but let all glory and honor be given to You alone, Father. We trust in Your provision and timing, knowing that You are faithful to complete the good work You have begun here.
In the precious and powerful name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
