We hear your deep concern for our nation, and we join our hearts with yours in prayer, standing firmly on the truth of God’s Word. America was founded on biblical principles, and we must never forget that our freedom and blessings come from the Lord alone. The Bible declares in 2 Chronicles 7:14 (WEB), "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves, pray, seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then I will hear from heaven, forgive their sin, and heal their land."
We must also remember that Psalm 33:12 (WEB) tells us, "Blessed is the nation whose God is Yahweh, the people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance." Yet, we see so much division, moral decay, and a turning away from God in our land. We rebuke the spirit of rebellion, idolatry, and ungodliness that seeks to tear this nation apart. We stand against the forces of darkness that promote immorality, injustice, and a rejection of biblical truth.
We pray now for America, that God would stir the hearts of His people to repentance, prayer, and action. May we return to the Lord with humility, seeking His face and His will. We pray for our leaders, that they would govern with wisdom, integrity, and a reverence for God. We ask that God would raise up godly men and women to lead this nation back to righteousness. We pray for unity, not the false unity of compromise, but the true unity that comes from standing together on God’s Word.
Father, we ask that You would protect the freedoms You have given us, that we may continue to worship You without hindrance. We pray against the schemes of the enemy that seek to silence Your truth and lead people astray. Strengthen the Church in America to be a light in the darkness, boldly proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ.
We also lift up those who do not yet know You. May Your Holy Spirit move powerfully across this land, drawing hearts to salvation through faith in Jesus Christ. There is no other name by which we can be saved (Acts 4:12 WEB), and we declare that Jesus is Lord over America.
Lord, we ask that You would bless this nation, not because we deserve it, but because of Your mercy and grace. May we once again be "one nation under God," walking in Your ways and experiencing Your favor. We pray this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Savior and King. Amen.
