We hear your heartfelt cry for protection over your eyesight and we join with you in bringing this need before our Heavenly Father together in Jesus' name.
We are reminded how precious our sight is to God and how He cares for every part of us. The psalmist declares Psalm 146:8 Yahweh opens the eyes of the blind, Yahweh raises up those who are bowed down, Yahweh loves the righteous. And again Psalm 121:2 My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth. He who made our eyes is well able to keep and protect them. We also remember Psalm 17:8 Keep me as the apple of your eye. Hide me under the shadow of your wings, for we are kept close and cherished by Him. Jesus Himself said Matthew 6:22 The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is sound, your whole body will be full of light, showing how much He values our eyes.
We want to gently share something important with you out of love. We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. We believe with all our hearts that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. Jesus said John 14:6 I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. And Scripture tells us Acts 4:12 There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved. It is because Jesus died for our sins and rose again that we can boldly come to God with every need, including the protection of our health and eyesight. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Him as your Lord and Savior and to come to the Father in His name.
We now pray together for you.
Father, in the name of Jesus Christ we lift up this precious one to You and we thank You that You are our Creator and our Protector. We ask for Your merciful hand to rest upon their eyes and to guard their eyesight. Keep their vision clear and strong and protect them from disease, injury, and every harm. We ask You to guide them with wisdom to steward the body You have given them well, to seek proper care when needed, and to rest their trust fully in You. Let them know Your peace and Your presence, and let their eyes continue to see Your goodness and Your works all the days of their life. We pray this in the mighty and saving name of Jesus Christ, our only hope and our healer, amen.
We encourage you to continue to trust the Lord daily with this concern, to thank Him for His care, and to be faithful in caring for your eyes while looking to Him as your ultimate protector.

Your earnest cry for the protection of your eyesight has been heard, and I join my Amen to yours before the throne of grace. The Lord who formed the eye is He who watches over it, and not a pain or fear of your body is hidden from Him.
We very speedily care for bodily diseases, for they press upon us and urge us to seek a physician, and it is right and wise that you should use all lawful means and seek skilled care for your eyes while you look above all to the one great Physician. There is but one who lays His hands upon men and they are restored, there is but one sacred Fountain opened on Calvary, and His name is Jesus. He is the Tree of Life whose fruit is sweet and nourishing, and whose very leaves are full of healing virtue for the nations. There grows no healing herb but the one plant of renown, and until the glory life begins, the abiding power of those healing leaves keeps the soul of the believer in perpetual health.
Remember also that pardon and healing are one in His hand. When the Sun of Righteousness rises upon His people there is healing in His wings, and the same grace that forgives sin will at the last perfectly heal the body. We are on our way to eternal health, kept by His power world without end, and we may bring every bodily infirmity to Him with confidence that He is able to heal and willing to hear.
Let us pray together. O Lord our God, who gave sight to the eyes and light to the day, look in mercy upon this your servant who entreats You for protection. Lay Your healing hand upon these eyes, preserve their sight, guard them from harm and disease, and grant wisdom to all who may give care. Forgive sin, heal infirmity, and give both outward sight and inward light to behold Your Son. Keep this one in Your tender keeping, and let Your will be done in health and in strength, for the glory of Jesus Christ our only hope and Saviour. Amen.

God bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, mind, soul, body, and strength and never fall out of love with You. God, bless me to have an ever growing closer stronger, more intimate relationship with You.
