Heal Me Lord Jesus Spirit, Soul, And Body

We hear your desperate cry for safety and deliverance, and we join with you in lifting this heavy burden before the throne of grace. Your plea does not fall on deaf ears, our Heavenly Father hears the cries of His children, and He is mighty to save. The Bible assures us, "The Lord is near to all who call on Him, to all who call on Him in truth. He will fulfill the desire of those who fear Him; He also will hear their cry, and will save them" (Psalm 145:18-19).

First, we must address the foundation of your prayer. You call upon "Dear God," but we must remind you that it is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to the Father. Jesus Himself declared, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me" (John 14:6). If you have not yet placed your faith in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, we urge you to do so now. Salvation is found in no other name, and it is through Him that we find true safety, peace, and deliverance. If you are unsure how to do this, we encourage you to confess your sins, believe in your heart that Jesus died for you and rose again, and invite Him to be the Lord of your life. "If you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved" (Romans 10:9).

Now, let us pray together for your protection and deliverance:

Heavenly Father, in the mighty name of Jesus, we come before You with heavy hearts, lifting up this dear one who is crying out for safety and rescue. Lord, You are our refuge and fortress, our God in whom we trust (Psalm 91:2). We ask that You surround them with Your angels, that no harm would befall them, and that no weapon formed against them would prosper (Isaiah 54:17). Deliver them, O Lord, from the hand of the enemy and lead them to a place of safety and peace.

Father, we do not know the details of their situation, but You do. You see every danger, every fear, and every need. We ask that You make a way where there seems to be no way, that You would part the seas of their circumstances and bring them to dry ground (Exodus 14:13-14). Give them wisdom to know what steps to take, and grant them the courage to take them. Let Your light shine in the darkness, and let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guard their heart and mind in Christ Jesus (Philippians 4:7).

Lord, if there is any sin in their life that has opened the door to this danger, we ask that You reveal it to them. Convict their heart, lead them to repentance, and cleanse them by the blood of Jesus (1 John 1:9). If they are in a situation that is not of Your will, whether it be an unhealthy relationship, a place of bondage, or a lifestyle that dishonors You, we ask that You break every chain and set them free. "The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life, of whom shall I be afraid?" (Psalm 27:1).

We also pray for their emotional and spiritual well-being. Fear can be paralyzing, but You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7). Fill them with Your peace, remind them of Your promises, and let them feel Your presence in a tangible way. Surround them with godly people who can support and encourage them, and let them experience the love of Christ through Your body, the Church.

Father, we rebuke every spirit of fear, oppression, and danger that is coming against them. In the name of Jesus, we command every plan of the enemy to be thwarted and every assignment against their life to be destroyed. "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you in judgment. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness is from Me," says the Lord (Isaiah 54:17).

We declare that this one is covered by the blood of Jesus, and no evil shall touch them. We speak life, protection, and deliverance over their situation. May they walk in the freedom and safety that Christ died to give them. And may they come to know You more deeply through this trial, trusting that You work all things together for good for those who love You and are called according to Your purpose (Romans 8:28).

In Jesus' mighty and precious name, we pray. Amen.

Now, dear one, we want to encourage you with a few practical steps as you wait on the Lord:

1. Stay in the Word: Fill your mind and heart with Scripture. Psalm 91 is a powerful passage for protection, read it aloud, memorize it, and declare it over your life. God’s Word is a lamp to your feet and a light to your path (Psalm 119:105).

2. Seek Wise Counsel: If you are in physical danger, reach out to trusted believers, a pastor, or even authorities who can help. Proverbs 11:14 says, "Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety."

3. Pray Without Ceasing: Keep talking to God. Pour out your heart to Him, and listen for His voice. He may guide you through a still, small voice, a Scripture, or a godly friend. "Pray without ceasing" (1 Thessalonians 5:17).

4. Trust God’s Timing: Deliverance may not come instantly, but God is never late. Wait on Him, and do not take matters into your own hands in a way that would dishonor Him. "Wait for the Lord; be strong, and let your heart take courage; wait for the Lord!" (Psalm 27:14).

5. Forgive and Release: If there is bitterness, unforgiveness, or anger in your heart toward anyone, release it to God. Unforgiveness can hinder your prayers. "And whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone, so that your Father also who is in heaven may forgive you your trespasses" (Mark 11:25).

6. Worship in the Storm: Even in the midst of fear, choose to worship God. Worship shifts our focus from our circumstances to His greatness. "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble" (Psalm 46:1). Put on worship music, sing praises, and let your heart rise above the storm.

Remember, you are not alone. The God who created the universe, who parted the Red Sea, who raised Jesus from the dead, is fighting for you. He sees you, He loves you, and He will not abandon you. Keep your eyes on Him, and do not lose heart. "But those who wait for the Lord will renew their strength. They will mount up with wings like eagles. They will run, and not be weary. They will walk, and not faint" (Isaiah 40:31).

We will continue to stand in the gap for you, believing God for a breakthrough. If there is more you can share (without compromising your safety), we are here to pray more specifically. You are loved, you are valued, and you are covered by the blood of Jesus. Be strong and courageous, your deliverance is coming!

We heard the urgency in your prayer and we want you to know you are not facing this alone. We are praying for you right now for safety and for a clear, safe way forward.

When fear is this strong it can be hard to think clearly or know what to do next, and it helps not to carry it by yourself. Is there one safe and trusted person you can tell today where you are and what you are facing, like a family member, pastor, counselor, or another steady person nearby who can stay with you while you make decisions. If you feel you may be in immediate danger, please reach out right away to your local emergency services or to a helpline at findahelpline.com to talk with someone who can help you in person. Having someone who knows your situation can make it easier to take the next step safely.

You did the right thing reaching out for prayer. We will keep holding you before the Lord, asking for His protection over you tonight and for wisdom and steady help for each step ahead.

Father, we lift this person to You, You see exactly where they are and what they need. We ask You to surround them with Your presence, to keep them safe and to make a safe way out of this situation. Calm their heart, give them wisdom, and bring trustworthy people close who will stay with them and help. We place them in Your care in Jesus name, amen.

Your cry has been heard and we join you in earnest prayer to the Lord for your safety and deliverance.

We are all in danger of falling and we constantly need to cry to God to keep us from falling, remembering what a dreadful thing it would be for us to fall. You need an infinite Friend to keep you in safety against all the machinations of your adversaries, and our safety lies in our Savior, God our Savior. The scripture declares, Now unto Him that is able to keep you from falling and to present you faultless before the presence of His glory with exceeding joy, to the only wise God our Savior. Our safety is assured by the fact that we have a God who is able and is as wise as He is able to keep us from falling.

We pray that He who is gracious unto the distressed and says, Deliver him from going down to the Pit, for I have found a ransom, will be gracious unto you. Nobody would have thought of that way of deliverance through a ransom if God had not thought of it, and He has found a ransom in His own Son who has borne the penalty for sinners. Know that deliverance from spiritual bondage and from every peril is solely by the power of God. It is not of him that wills, nor of him that runs, but of God that shows mercy. If you are delivered, it must be of free grace only, and unless a supernatural power is put forth, any form of deliverance is worth nothing.

We also pray that you will look to your heavenly Father altogether and alone for sanctification and for deliverance from the power of darkness, for deliverance from the power of sin is as much the work of God as deliverance from the guilt of sin. Troubles do not spring out of the dust, but the Lord Himself kindles the fiery furnace and sits as a Refiner at the door, and that which we receive from the rod of the Lord bears the blessed aspect of chastening from a Father's hand.

Therefore we ask the Lord to keep you safe in this present situation, to make a way of escape where there seems to be no way, and to bring you out safely according to His wisdom and mercy. We ask Him to guard your body and soul, to keep your feet from falling, and to give you grace to trust Him and to wait patiently and quietly hope for His deliverance, not turning to any back door of Satan's devising but calling upon the Lord who is worthy to be praised.

May the Lord keep you, deliver you, and bring you to declare the works of the Lord after your affliction, that you may say, I shall not die, but live, and declare the works of the Lord. We commit you to Him who is able to keep you, trusting in the ransom found in Christ Jesus our Lord. Amen.

Your prayer for safety has been heard and we are praying with you now. We ask God to keep you and to bring you out of this danger according to His wise providence and mercy, and to guard both your body and your soul.

Know that God hears the cry of those who call upon Him in fear. Even Christ Himself, in His human nature, knew what it is to be troubled in soul and to pray, Father save Me from this hour, yet He submitted Himself to the Father for our good. So you are not alone in this agony, and your fear does not mean you lack faith. It is human to tremble, and it is faithful to bring that trembling to God.

Sometimes God does not immediately remove the danger, not because He does not love us, but because He gives something greater than mere escape. He teaches us to despise death and to set our hope on the immortality of the soul, and He makes us able to stand above dangers rather than only being taken out of them. Like the disciples on the sea, He may come in the fourth watch, not at the first moment we expect, to teach us to endure with courage while we wait for Him. And often the very things that seem to harm us are the things by which He works our good, as He did with Joseph, turning prison and betrayal into safety and deliverance in His perfect time.

So we pray for you in this way. Heavenly Father, in the name of Jesus Christ Your Son, who alone is our salvation, have mercy on this Your child. Keep this person safe from harm. Give wisdom to see the right path out of this situation and provide a way of escape that is holy and safe. Give strength to endure while You work, calm the troubled heart, and let Your presence be a guard. Lead to repentance where repentance is needed, for repentance has great power to lift even those in deep danger, and establish this soul in safety through Your grace. Help this person to cling to Your Scriptures, which are able to protect and set free those who heed them, and to trust not in present ease or security, but in Your eternal care.

We will continue to pray for you. Seek the Lord with your whole heart, turn from every sin, and trust His providence. He will not forsake those who call upon Him through Christ. May He grant you safety, peace, and deliverance in the way that is best for your soul. Amen.

Your cry for safety has been heard and we are praying with you. God hears the desperate prayer and He is the One who is able to keep you and to bring you out safely.

The Scripture teaches that even when every human preparation is made for battle, real safety belongs to the Lord. Unless the Lord guards the city, the watchman stays awake for nothing, and unless the Lord builds the house, those who build labor for nothing. What you are trusting for safety matters. Weapons, plans, and human help have their place, but lasting protection comes only from Him. He is the Creator who from the beginning has surrounded His creation with protection, and He is self existent, without beginning or end, and He has not forgotten you.

He has given a promise to those who are afraid, saying do not be afraid, for I am with you to save you and to deliver you from the hand of what you fear. That promise is for you now. Lift up your eyes beyond the hills and circumstances around you, because your help does not come from the hills themselves, it comes from the Lord who made heaven and earth. He is your keeper and your shade at your right hand, the place of greatest vulnerability. He will keep you from evil and watch over your life, so that neither the sun by day nor any terror by night will destroy you.

Remember how God delivered His people from bondage in Egypt, a deliverance so great they were told never to forget it. And remember how judgment was held back until Lot was safely out of danger. The Lord knows how to make a way of escape for His own and He knows from the beginning every work He will do, including when and how He will save and the very circumstances in which He will do it. He sees exactly where you are and He is able to lead you out.

We are praying that the Lord will deliver you from evil, as Jesus taught us to pray, and that He will open a safe path out of this situation. Lean on Him completely, stay close to other believers who can stand with you and support you as members of one body, and keep your eyes fixed forward on the Lord for deliverance.

May the Lord keep you, cover you, give you wisdom for each step, and bring you out safely into a place of peace. In Jesus name we ask for His protection and His clear way forward for you.
