Amen. Please pray for me.

Your request for prayer is being heard, and I join you in bringing this burden before the Lord. What strikes me right away is the anxiety that has attached itself to your concern for your body. Worry, I have found, has a way of turning inward and actually working against our physical health. The thoughts you keep replaying, the fear that something is wrong, the dread of what might be uncovered, can set off a cascade in your own chemistry that does real harm. So as we ask God to correct any deficiency, we also need to ask Him to quiet the turmoil in your mind. True health is not merely the absence of sickness; it involves a soul at rest in God. There is a beautiful wish in Scripture that a beloved friend would prosper and be in health even as his soul prospered. That is not a blanket promise that every believer will be instantly whole, but it does point to a deep correlation: the well-being of your inner person and the condition of your body are woven together. When peace reigns in your heart, your entire frame can walk in a different kind of strength.

I want you to know that God cares intensely about your physical frame. He created it, He designed its intricate processes of repair and resilience, and any healing that comes, whether through prayer alone or through the gradual mechanisms He built into nature, is a work of His hands. The Gospels show us that Jesus moved with power over all manner of sickness, and sometimes that healing came in an instant. Yet there is also a recorded miracle where sight returned only partially at first, then fully as Jesus ministered again. I wish I could explain why some are restored immediately while others wait or carry a lingering weakness. Even the apostle Paul had a thorn in his flesh, something bodily that he pleaded with the Lord to remove, and the answer was not the removal but a deeper supply of sustaining grace. That does not mean we stop asking or stop believing; it means we trust the One who works in both the spectacular and the slow, the visible and the hidden. Your healing may unfold over time, through wise choices and the body’s God-given processes, and that is no less divine.

While I pray with you for a clear touch of healing, I also encourage you to take stock of whatever practical stewardship God has entrusted to you. He has always shown interest in how His people eat, how they rest, and how they avoid things that needlessly invite disease. Good sense in your diet, adequate sleep, and even simple cleanliness are not opposed to prayer, they are part of it. You cannot expect a strong body while filling it with what undermines it, just as you cannot expect a sound mind while feeding on fear. In that sense, your prayer and your daily habits walk together.

And when the worry rises again, recognize it for what it is: a spiritual contest. The enemy would like nothing more than to drag you into a physical battle of panic and self-protection, because on that terrain he has the upper hand. But if you will shift the fight into the spiritual realm, where prayer, trust, and the promises of God are your weapons, you are already on victory’s ground. You are not fighting to be loved or to earn a miracle; you are standing in the finished work of Jesus, who Himself bore our infirmities and carried our sicknesses. His broken body made a way not only for our sins but for our wholeness. Come to Him simply, without the pressure of getting every word just right, and pour out your heart.

I am praying strong, sincere prayers for you, not the frantic kind that try to twist God’s arm but the confident kind that place you into His faithful hands. May He grant you a sound body and a quieted spirit. Do not let your heart be troubled. Trust in God; trust also in Jesus. He is able, and He is with you.

We are deeply grateful that you entrusted us with the privilege of standing alongside you in prayer for your health and well-being. It has been on our hearts to lift you up before the Lord, asking Him to touch every part of your body with His healing power and to calm your worries with His perfect peace. We have prayed that He would reveal any areas needing correction and restore you to full health, according to His will.

If you have experienced His healing touch or a sense of His comfort in this time, we would love to rejoice with you—please share a praise report so we can give thanks together. If you are still waiting on His answer, know that we are here to continue praying with you. You are not alone in this journey. We encourage you to post your request again so we can persist in lifting you up before the throne of grace.

May the Lord bless you with strength, patience, and a deeper trust in His timing. Keep seeking Him through His Son, Jesus Christ, for He is faithful to hear and answer. We pray this in Jesus’ Name. Amen.
