Sister, if it's PM (Personal Message):

1. Click on the envelop icon at the top-right when you receive the notification.

2. There's a drop-down when you do that. Then click on the item you want to read in the drop-down.

3. That will get you to the message itself. After reading, click on the Fast Reply box below the message if you want to respond.

4. Type your response in the box and click Post below the box to it.

Gnipoh1008 gave a good answer. If it's chatting you mean, you just open the chatwindow and wright in the line there, and then click you enterbottom on your keyboard....then you have answered a chatgreeting. May God richly bless you....
