I want to thank everyone for your prayers for us in getting Aleksi from CO. Desiree's husband called his mother,( who has Aleksi) and told her we were coming. She filed a emergency temporayr guardianship on Monday and somehow got a judge to sign it at 3:00 pm yesterday. We were there and had been told by the police dept. that we had every right to take her because nothing was showing in the system. MAry, mikes mother, hid Aleksi until she could get the judge to sign it. We were then unable to bring her home. We have temporary custody of her sister, Jericha, and it took two months to get it before a judge. I don't understand how she pulled it off except that Mike informed her and that her lawyer, (someone she works with in a water dept, and is doing this pro bono,) has an inside thing with a judge. The court date is next tuesday at 3:00 in Greely CO. It is 7 hours from where we live. Mary kept telling us she would bring Aleksi back to her house so we could at least see her. She told us she would be there in 20 minutes at 2:30 and we continued to call, and she continued to hang up on us, ( no abusive language or yelling was taking place. We just wanted to see Aleksi. I have not seen her since March, not even a picture.She finally came home at 5:00 but Aleksi was not with her. She got there at about 5:10. I started crying and asked MAry why she hadn't even sent a picture to me, I have always sent her pictures of Jericha and in 6 months I have not heard a word about how she is or a picture. She turned away and left. I was not angry I was hurt. Everytime I tried to talk to her she would turn her back on me and walk away. I have never done or said anything to this woman to make her treat me so rudely. I was very hurt.MIke told Desieree' this morning that he was going to side with his mother on this. I don't understand why he is being like this and not supporting his wife and trying to get his daughter back.

Please pray that I can forgive her and that the judge will let Aleksi come back here to be with her mother. I know that GOd is watching over us and will do what is best for Aleksi. Thank you for your prayers.

Lord I lift this family up to you. Jesus I ask for feeling in all relationships, I ask you would make a way when there seems like there is no way. Restore this broken family Lord God bring peace to this house hold. I declare that there would be no more turmoil between husband and wife I pray that they can be supportive of each other Lord. I thank you in advance for a miracle Jesus. Amen

Dear Lord, please provide a way for Aleksi to be with the persons who will provide for her the best. Only you know Jesus how this will turn out. God make a way where there is no way and I pray it be done in Jesus name, Amen.

Dear Lord there is so much pain and hurt in this situation. God you are mighty to do all things enter here and bring peace. Provide for the saftey of this child. Thank you for hearing our prayers. All things we ask for your glory in Jesus name.

Soften the heart of Aleksi's grandmother; let her consider

Aleksi's best interests; let her withdraw the temporary custody

papers and allow Aleksi safe passage with Janice.

Let Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.

Dear Father I ask for Your help in this situation. Please keep Aleksi in YOUR CARE please take care of this little girl. I pray that nothing at all happens to make Aleksi to suffer now or later in her life. Please make all adults behave like responsible adults. Please move in the heart of the judge. Give him the wisdom of Solomon in this case. I pray for her mother and father to have peace in their hearts that God IS taking care of Aleksi. I pray that compassion wins here. Thank You Lord in advance.
