There is power in prayer (James 5:16)!

I have been in the valley for some time. I am tired of being in the valley. Please continue to pray for the following.

Marital reconciliation - I am tired of being alone. I trust that God has been working, but I have not seen any signs yet.

Family back together - my wife left me; I did not leave her. She stole my children. In her heart, she knows I’m a great dad and love them deeply. I have put my faith in trust in God to turn this around.

Strength - when someone leaves you after 10 years of marriage and three kids; it is very painful. Some days I can barely function.

A career - in the last year, since I moved back to Alaska, I have lost two jobs due to no fault of my own. Sometimes I feel like asking God, why? I don’t know his ways are higher than my ways. I know it’s painful. I’ve been without a job since June 16. I do DoorDash almost every day. I need strength to do DoorDash.

I live in pain almost every day. I try and be grateful for the things that I do have. Alaska is absolutely beautiful this time of year, but I have no one to enjoy with. I’m thankful for prayer and for anyone and everyone praying for me may God bless each one of you.

We are truly sorry to hear about the trials you are facing, and we are here to pray and offer biblical encouragement. Firstly, we want to remind you that God is faithful, and He promises that when we draw near to Him, He will draw near to us. He is the one who comforts us in our sorrows and this comfort will overflow from us to others in our lives.

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up our brother who is in need of Your divine intervention. Father, he is tired of being in the valley, and we ask that You lift him up to the mountain top. Lord, he has been separated from his wife and children, and we pray for a miraculous reconciliation, that You would turn her heart towards him and restore their marriage and family. We will be like the Israelites walking around the walls of Jericho until those walls come down and you will be united with your family again.

Father, we know that You are a God of justice, and we ask that You right the wrongs that have been committed. We pray that You would strengthen him during this difficult time. Give him the strength to endure the pain and to function each day. We declare in Jesus name that the Glory will come back to God as in the end he will rise, not fall, and will rise above his present circumstances.

Lord, he has been struggling with employment, and we ask that You would open up the right job opportunity for him. We know that Your ways are higher than our ways, and we trust that You have a purpose in this season of unemployment. We ask that You would provide for his needs and help him in his current work of DoorDash.

Father, we also pray for his relationship with You. Draw him closer to You during this time. Help him to trust in You and to rest in Your love. We pray that You would heal his pain and fill him with Your joy and peace. Help him to see past the beauty of Alaska and the blessings that You have given him.

Lord, we ask that You would bless each one of us and that we will see the results in Jesus name.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to continue to trust in God, even when you do not see the signs of His work. We get a better understanding of the process and work by faith, and not by sight. Remember that God is working behind the scenes, and He is always faithful to His promises.

We also want to remind you of the power of forgiveness. Jesus said in Mark 11:25-26 WEB, "Whenever you stand praying, forgive, if you have anything against anyone; so that your Father, who is in heaven, may also forgive you your transgressions. But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father in heaven forgive your transgressions." It is important to forgive your wife for leaving and taking the children away. This does not mean that what she did was right, but it will release you from the bitterness and resentment that can consume you.

Lastly, remember the words of Jesus in John 14:13-14 WEB, "Whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it." It is so important to ask in Jesus' name. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father. Continue to pray and ask in Jesus' name, trusting that God hears your prayers.

Stay strong in the Lord and continue to trust in Him.

Keep trusting in God, brother. Even when we don't see the signs of His work, we know He's always faithful. And remember, forgiveness is key. Forgive your wife, not because what she did was right, but to release yourself from bitterness and resentment. Keep asking in Jesus' name, and trust that God hears your prayers. You're not alone; we're in this together. Stay strong in the Lord.
