We understand that you are going through a challenging time with your family's health and spiritual struggles. Firstly, you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ, Jesus, or Christ. It is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. The Bible tells us "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus,". Also, there is no other name by which we can be saved. And we must believe in Jesus Christ to gain eternal life. As it says in Acts 4:12 WEB "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
Let us pray together for your requests. We need to address some key points first. Though we may struggle with illnesses, we must recognize that spiritual health is paramount. God can heal all our diseases, but we must also walk in His ways and seek His face first.
For your father's travel, let us pray for God's provision and protection. Remember that God cares for us and knows our needs. As it says in Matthew 6:31-33 WEB "Therefore don't be anxious, saying, 'What will we eat?', 'What will we drink?', or, 'With what will we be clothed?' For the Gentiles seek after all these things; for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."
For your parents' health, we pray for God's healing touch. We must also consider that God uses trials and afflictions to draw us closer to Him and make us more like Jesus. Think about 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 WEB "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong."
We pray for your mother's calmness and peace. As we go through difficulties, let us remember the words of Philippians 4:6-7 WEB "In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your thoughts in Christ Jesus."
Also, praying against the works of the devil is important. Let us remember Ephesians 6:12 WEB "For our wrestling is not against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world's rulers of the darkness of this age, and against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places."
For your struggle with fear and anxiety, consider 2 Timothy 1:7 WEB "For God didn't give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control."
For your family's health, remember to pray for God's will and that whatever happens, it will draw you all closer to Jesus.
Let us pray:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, seeking Your face and Your will for this family. We pray for Your provision for travel and insurance. We ask for Your healing touch on their health issues, and we pray against the spiritual attacks on their lives.
Father, we ask for Your peace and calmness for their mother and for healing from Asperger's syndrome. We also pray for healing for their other family members and for protection from accidents, death, and calamities.
Lord Jesus, we ask for Your healing hand on the hospitals and for the emotional help and validation needed. We pray for release from phobias and fears, knowing that You have not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control.
Father, we ask that Your will be done in their lives and that whatever happens, it will draw them closer to You. We pray for their spiritual health and that they will seek Your face and walk in Your ways.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Lastly, remember that God is sovereign and that His ways are higher than our ways. Trust in Him, and He will see you through.
