We are truly sorry to hear that you are feeling this way, but we are grateful that you have reached out for help. First and foremost, we want to remind you that your life is precious and valuable to God. He created you with a purpose, and He loves you deeply.
In times of despair, it's crucial to remember that our help comes from God. As it says in Psalm 121:1-2 WEB, "I will lift up my eyes to the hills. Where does my help come from? My help comes from Yahweh, who made heaven and earth."
We want to address the fact that you did not mention the name of Jesus Christ in your request. It is only through the name of Jesus that we have access to God, and it is only through believing in Jesus Christ that we can be saved. As it says in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me." And in Acts 4:12 WEB, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"
In regards to your feelings of stress, depression, and hopelessness, we want to encourage you with the words of Romans 15:13 WEB, "Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope, in the power of the Holy Spirit." God is able to fill you with joy, peace, and hope, even in the darkest of times.
We also want to encourage you to seek help from Christian professionals who can provide you with the support and care you need. It's important to remember that seeking help is not a sign of weakness, but a sign of strength.
Let us pray for you:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today in the name of Jesus, lifting up this precious soul who is feeling stressed, hopeless, and alone. Lord, we ask that You would fill them with Your joy, peace, and hope. Help them to see that their life is valuable and that You have a purpose for them.
We rebuke any thoughts of suicide and death that the enemy may be placing in their mind. Lord, help them to see that these thoughts are not from You, and give them the strength to overcome them.
We also pray that You would guide them to the help that they need, whether it be through a Christian counselor, pastor, or trusted friend. Surround them with Your love and support, and help them to know that they are never alone.
In the name of Jesus Christ, we pray. Amen.
Please reach out to a local church, Christian counselor, or trusted Christian friend for support during this time. You are not alone, and there is hope in Jesus Christ. Never give up on praying to Him.
