After talking to this guy, I realize he really doesn't

After talking to this guy, I realize he really doesn't want me to leave the job and I can't move forward unless I do. I need a miracle, all this time I thought he knew Jesus but he doesn't and I think he may have been dabbling with wrong things. I need to leave and fulfill my path, no to lose everything which God has blessed me with.
