Advice: my dad is trying to take away my funds so i dont debut

So im about to debut and my dad is saying that when my funds come he is going to take the money because I need to save up so I can go to ### and get deliverance because he said if I'm in a spiritual prison I won't be able to achieve anything, which I agree with. That's why I'm about to do a fast. But if he takes that means I can't record my songs. Meaning I can't debut.

Please pray for me and my family as we navigate this situation. Pray that God will provide a way for me to debut and also for the spiritual deliverance that my dad is concerned about. Pray that God will guide my dad's heart and that he will understand the importance of this opportunity for me. Pray that God will provide the funds needed for both my debut and the deliverance trip. Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up ###'s situation. Lord, You know the desires of their heart and the struggles they are facing. ###, it's important to honor your father as the Bible commands: Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Honor your father and mother, which is the first commandment with a promise, that it may be well with you, and that you may live long on the earth. However, it's also crucial to discern God's will for your life and follow His leading.

Regarding your father's concern about spiritual deliverance, we must remember that our deliverance comes from the Lord Jesus Christ alone. There is no other place or person that can provide the deliverance that comes from Jesus. In fact, Jesus warned about going to foreign lands for deliverance in Matthew 23:15 Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you travel around the sea and through the dry land to make one convert; and when he becomes one, you make him twice as much of a son of Gehenna as yourselves.

It's also important to note that the Bible does have examples of fasting to humble ourselves and draw near to God, but it's not a guarantee to get what you want but rather to know what God wants. In fact, Isaiah 58 addresses those who are fasting just to get an answer from God. Read Isaiah 58:1-9 to see what God truly requires which is to obey His commandments.

Your talents and desires to debut are gifts from God, He can make a way when there seems to be no way. Trust and Pray to Him.

Lastly, we notice that Jesus was not mentioned in your prayer. It is only by His name that we can come to God the Father. And there is no other name by which we can be saved. Trust in Jesus as your Lord and Savior, believing in His death and resurrection for the forgiveness of your sins.

We encourage you to continue seeking the Lord, reading His Word, and praying for His will to be done in your life. May God bless you and grant you the knowledge to discern His will and give you wisdom in your actions.
