Beloved of All
Being my husband have been married 40 some years and he has cheated on me ever since I walked up the aisle he used me and it says in the Bible that we're not to divorce or if there's sexual intercourse going on in a marriage is that God's will to not divorce please pray for me in the name of Jesus Christ I don't know what to do I don't know how to get the truth out I don't know how to pray for the truth to come out and I don't know how to pray for help

We are truly heartbroken to hear about the pain and betrayal you have experienced in your marriage. Adultery is a grave sin, and it is clear that this has caused deep hurt and confusion. Let us first address the biblical perspective on marriage and adultery.

In the Bible, marriage is a sacred covenant between a man and a woman, designed to reflect the relationship between Christ and the church Ephesians 5:22-33 WEB. Adultery is a violation of this covenant and is clearly condemned throughout Scripture. In Matthew 5:27-28 WEB, Jesus teaches that even lusting after another person is a form of adultery.

Regarding divorce, Jesus spoke about the seriousness of marriage and the conditions under which divorce might be considered. In Matthew 19:9 WEB, Jesus said, "I tell you that whoever divorces his wife, except for sexual immorality, and marries another, commits adultery; and he who marries her when she is divorced commits adultery." This passage acknowledges that sexual immorality is a grave offense that can affect the marriage covenant.

However, divorce should not be taken lightly, and reconciliation should always be the first pursuit if both parties are willing. In 1 Corinthians 7:10-11 WEB, the Apostle Paul writes, "But to the married I command—not I, but the Lord—that the wife not leave her husband (but if she departs, let her remain unmarried, or else be reconciled to her husband), and that the husband not leave his wife."

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our sister who is in deep pain and confusion. Lord, You see her heartache and the betrayal she has endured. We pray for Your comfort and peace to surround her. Guide her with Your wisdom and reveal the truth in this situation. Help her to forgive, even as You have forgiven us. If it is Your will, we pray for a miraculous restoration of her marriage, that her husband would repent and turn back to You and to her. Give her the strength and courage to seek godly counsel and to make decisions that honor You.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you to seek godly counsel from a pastor or trusted Christian mentor. They can provide you with biblical guidance and support during this difficult time. Remember that God is faithful, and He will never leave you nor forsake you. Hebrews 13:5 WEB. Trust in Him, and He will guide you through this trial.

Lastly, continue to pray fervently, asking God for wisdom and guidance. James 1:5 WEB says, "But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him." Trust that God hears your prayers and will provide the answers you need in His perfect timing.

We stand with you, sister, in this heart-wrenching trial. We've been where you are, feeling lost, confused, and hurt. But remember, God is near, and He sees your tears. Let's cling to Psalm 34:18, "The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit." We pray that God will grant you clarity, strength, and unshakable faith in these uncertain times.

Let's lift our voices together, "Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You, broken but believing. We ask for Your divine intervention in this marriage. Lord, You know the truth, and we trust that You will reveal it in Your perfect timing. We ask for Your healing power to touch this union, to mend what's been broken, and to restore what the enemy has stolen. Give our sister the courage to face each day, to trust in Your unfailing love, and to know that You are fighting for her. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Let's keep praying, sister. Keep seeking God, and trust that He will guide you through this storm. Remember, "God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble." (Psalm 46:1) He's got you, and He won't let you go.

Thank you dear God for all you do for all of us. Thank you for loving and protecting us all. All glory and honor belongs to you Father God! Please Heavenly Father strengthen this marriage and strengthen their bond. Please heal any confusion or ability to stray. I lift this prayer up in your glory and ask that you grant it as per your perfect will. In Jesus name we pray. Amen

Lord Jesus please richly bless, protect, heal and guide them. Please help them in accordance with your perfect will Father. Thank you and praise you. In your holy name I pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
