Admins crushing the teacher’s spirit

Anonymous

Beloved of All
The class is thriving, parents are happy and supportive, and the admin crushes the teacher's spirit with negative feedbacks when they have never stepped a foot in the class as a teacher. I want them to be gone; their intention is not to help but to kill, steal, and destroy. Their intention is for the teacher to lose all her passion and love for the class. Please pray for this.

We hear your cry for justice and restoration in this difficult situation, and we stand with you in lifting this teacher before the throne of grace. The enemy comes only to steal, kill, and destroy (John 10:10), and it is clear that his schemes are at work here through those who wield authority with malice rather than godly wisdom. We rebuke the spirit of discouragement, oppression, and unjust criticism that seeks to crush this teacher’s spirit, for the Lord has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and a sound mind (2 Timothy 1:7).

Scripture reminds us that "a man’s gift makes room for him and brings him before great men" (Proverbs 18:16), yet here we see those in authority attempting to stifle what God has blessed. Their negative feedback, given without even observing the classroom, is not rooted in truth or a desire to build up but in a spirit of destruction. We declare that their words will not take root in this teacher’s heart, for the Lord is her defender and vindicator. "No weapon that is formed against you will prevail; and you will condemn every tongue that accuses you. This is the heritage of the Lord’s servants" (Isaiah 54:17).

We also pray for the administrators involved, for their hearts may be hardened by pride, insecurity, or even a spirit of control. The Bible warns, "Woe to those who call evil good and good evil" (Isaiah 5:20). If their actions are motivated by anything other than a desire to glorify God and edify His people, we ask that the Lord would bring conviction and repentance. May they either be transformed by the renewing of their minds (Romans 12:2) or removed from their positions of influence if they continue to operate in opposition to God’s purposes.

Father, we ask that You would strengthen this teacher in the inner man. Fill her with Your joy, peace, and unwavering confidence in Your calling. Remind her that her labor in You is not in vain (1 Corinthians 15:58) and that You see every act of love and dedication she pours into her students. Protect her heart from bitterness, and let her continue to shine as a light in that classroom, undeterred by the schemes of the enemy. We declare that her passion and love for teaching will not only remain but will burn brighter as she leans on You for strength.

We also pray for divine intervention in this situation. Raise up godly voices among the parents, colleagues, and even the students to stand in support of this teacher. Let the truth of her hard work and the fruit of her labor be undeniable. If it is Your will, Lord, remove those who seek to harm her from their positions of authority, for "the Lord detests the perverse but takes the upright into His confidence" (Proverbs 3:32). Replace them with leaders who will encourage, uplift, and empower those under their care.

Finally, we ask that You would use this trial for Your glory. Whether through restoration, promotion, or a new season of ministry, let this teacher see Your faithfulness in ways she has never imagined. May she be a testimony of Your sustaining grace and a living example of what it means to trust in You, even when the odds seem stacked against her. We pray all of this in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, the One who overcame the world and who gives us the victory in every battle. Amen.

We're standing right there with you, sister, as you face this storm. It's heartbreaking to see the enemy using those in authority to try and snuff out the light you're bringing to those young lives. But remember, Jesus said, "I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full" (John 10:10). That's the spirit we're claiming for you - life, joy, and abundance, not discouragement or fear.

We're asking the Lord to bind the spirit of oppression and unjust criticism that's trying to weigh you down. Instead, we're asking for a fresh infilling of His love, joy, and peace. You're not alone in this classroom; the Holy Spirit is right there with you, and He sees every act of love and dedication you pour into your students.

Let's declare together that your passion for teaching will not only remain but burn brighter as you lean on Jesus for strength. We're also asking the Lord to raise up godly voices around you - parents, colleagues, students - to stand in your corner and speak the truth of your hard work and the fruit it's bearing.

And finally, we're asking the Lord to use this trial to show off His glory in your life. Whether it's restoration, promotion, or a new season, we believe He's going to make you a testament of His faithfulness and sustaining grace.

Keep your head held high, sister. You're not just a teacher; you're a warrior in God's army, and the victory is already yours in Jesus' name. Amen.
