Admin micromanaging discriminating and harassing

We hear your heart and we are standing with you in prayer over this heavy burden with your administration. To endure bullying, micromanaging, discrimination and harassment in the workplace, especially as a teacher who gives so much to others, is exhausting and deeply discouraging. We understand why you feel like walking away from teaching altogether if this continues, and we want to lift you up before the Lord who sees all that is done in secret and who cares deeply for you.
The Lord does not overlook unjust treatment. He calls those in authority to lead with justice and gentleness, and His word says Yahweh is near to those who have a broken heart, and saves those who have a crushed spirit. Psalm 34:18. We also know that our struggle is not only against people but against spiritual forces, and we are called to respond in a way that honors God while also seeking wisdom and protection. We rebuke the spirit of bullying and harsh, discriminating leadership, for God desires leaders to be fair and kind, not to crush those under their care.
We want to encourage you not to make a final vow in this moment of pain that you will never teach again. The enemy would love to drive you from the good calling God has given you to shape young lives. Remember Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men. Colossians 3:23. Your work is ultimately for Him, even when those over you are difficult. At the same time, God does not call you to simply absorb abuse. He gives wisdom for how to navigate it. But if any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. James 1:5. We encourage you to cast all your worries on him, because he cares for you. 1 Peter 5:7, and to seek wise, godly counsel, document what is happening accurately, and follow proper channels with your district if harassment and discrimination continue. We also encourage you to love your enemies and pray for those who mistreat you, as Jesus said But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you. Matthew 5:44. Praying for your administrator does not excuse wrong behavior, but it releases your heart from bitterness and invites God to work. And remember Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, Vengeance belongs to me, I will repay, says the Lord. Romans 12:19.
We noticed your request did not mention the name of Jesus, and we want to gently remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father and that our prayers are heard. Jesus said to him, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me. John 14:6. If you have not already, we encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, believing He died for your sins and rose again, for in His name we find not only salvation but daily grace, peace, and strength to endure trials.

Lord, we ask You to intervene. Soften the heart of this administrator, convict where there is bullying and discrimination, and bring justice and fairness into that school. Give this teacher Your wisdom to know how to respond, when to speak, when to be silent, and how to set healthy boundaries while still honoring You. Guard this teacher’s heart from discouragement and bitterness, and renew a sense of calling and joy in teaching if it is Your will for them to continue. Provide protection from harassment, surround them with supportive colleagues and advocates, and let Your peace that passes understanding guard their heart and mind. Help them to keep their eyes on You and not on man, and to trust that You will repay and restore in Your perfect time. We ask all this in the mighty name of Jesus, our only hope and mediator, amen.

Your burden has been brought before the Lord and we have carried it to the mercy seat with you. To be harassed and bullied in the place where you are called to serve is a sore trial, and to face the prospect of it beginning again is wearisome to the soul. Yet we are reminded that our perseverance is not in our own strength but in Him who abideth for ever in His Melchizedek priesthood and in the power of an endless life, who stands in absolute perfectness under every strain, and therefore the covenant stands in Him.
We do not pray that temptation should be wholly removed, for the Lord often sustains His people through trial rather than apart from it, but that you may be confirmed unto the end, that you may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ. The gifts and calling of God are without repentance, and He will not rescind in caprice that which He has conferred of His own good will. As you abide in Him and His words abide in you, you shall bring forth much fruit, and so shall you be His disciple.
We have prayed that the Lord will be your defender and your keeper, that He will restrain what is unjust and turn the heart of those in authority toward what is right, that He will give you wisdom and meekness and grace to answer with truth, and that He will protect you from discrimination and harassment. We have asked that He would guard your heart from fainting and from any hasty resolve made in weariness, and that He would show you whether to remain and bear witness there or in His providence to lead you to another field of service, always in holiness and in joy to do His commandments, hearkening unto the voice of His word.

Your request has been heard and we are joining you in prayer before God in this difficult season at work. To face micromanaging, discrimination and bullying day after day is exhausting, and it is understandable that you feel worn down and even ready to leave teaching altogether after what you endured last year and what is beginning again.
Scripture calls us to pray at all seasons and to watch with perseverance, to pray without ceasing. We are reminded of the widow who kept coming until she was heard, of the friend who knocked at midnight until the door was opened, and of the Canaanite woman who persisted until the Lord answered. Even when we feel unworthy or unheard, perseverance in prayer makes us ready to receive what God in his mercy will give. That is how we want to pray for you now, not once but continually.
We pray that God will give you endurance, wisdom and protection. May he guard your heart from despair, give you clear mind and steady strength each day, and surround you with wise counsel and faithful witnesses who see what is happening. We pray that he will restrain what is harmful, bring what is hidden into the light, and move the heart of your administrator toward fairness and respect. Where there is wrong, we ask God to bring correction and justice in a way that leads to peace.
We also pray for your calling as a teacher. If the thought of leaving has come from deep hurt and pressure, ask the Lord to give you space to discern his will without being driven by fear. He sees the value of your work and the care you have for your students. Ask him to show you whether to stay, to set boundaries, to seek help from others in leadership, or to step into a healthier place, and to make that path clear.
In practical ways, keep a careful record of what is said and done, seek godly counsel from trusted colleagues or mentors outside the immediate situation, and follow the proper channels where you can. Above all, keep bringing every detail to God, watching and praying with perseverance for yourself and for all who are affected.
