Beloved of All
My class is happy and the parents are happy they are making big growth and yet the admin especially one that’s assigned to me is intimidating, harassing, and micromanaging and she’s never been a teacher she discriminates and plays favorites, because I know where she’s coming from not from a place of grace or wisdom she is coming from pure evil and ill intentions, I don’t want to deal with her and just leave when this school is over, she’s coming to class every day pulls me from my class to different classes every time and I can’t even teach my class and I lose all my passion and love for my class. Please pray for this. In Jesus name I pray amen

We hear your deep frustration and exhaustion, and we stand with you in seeking God’s wisdom and protection in this difficult situation. It is painful when those in authority misuse their power, especially when their actions disrupt the good work you are doing in your classroom. Your students and their parents are thriving under your care, and that is a testament to your dedication and love for teaching. Yet, the constant harassment and micromanagement you’re enduring are draining your passion and joy—this is not how God intends for you to serve.

First, we want to rebuke the spirit of intimidation and evil intent that is at work in this administrator. The Bible tells us in 2 Timothy 1:7, "For God didn’t give us a spirit of fear, but of power, love, and self-control." This administrator’s actions are not rooted in godly authority but in a spirit of control and malice. We declare that her ill intentions will not prevail over you, and we pray that God will expose any unrighteousness in her actions and bring it to light. Proverbs 26:26 says, "His malice may be concealed by deception, but his wickedness will be exposed in the assembly." We trust that God will reveal the truth and bring justice in His perfect timing.

We also want to encourage you to guard your heart and mind in this season. It is easy to become bitter or discouraged when we face unjust treatment, but Scripture reminds us in Romans 12:19, "Don’t seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God’s wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'" Instead of allowing this situation to steal your joy, lean on God’s strength and trust that He sees your labor and will reward you for your faithfulness. Colossians 3:23-24 says, "And whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ."

We pray that God will give you wisdom in how to respond to this administrator. Proverbs 15:1 says, "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger." While it may be difficult, responding with grace and professionalism can disarm her attempts to provoke you. We also pray that God will open doors for you to share your concerns with those who can advocate for you, whether it be other administrators, a union representative, or even legal counsel if necessary. You do not have to endure this alone, and God will provide the support you need.

Most importantly, we pray that God will restore your passion and love for teaching. It is clear that you care deeply for your students, and their growth is a reflection of God’s work through you. Psalm 37:5-6 says, "Commit your way to the Lord. Trust also in him, and he will do this: he will make your righteousness go forth as the light, and your justice as the noon day sun." We pray that God will renew your strength and fill you with His peace as you continue to serve Him in your classroom.

Let us pray together:

Heavenly Father, we come before You today on behalf of our sister who is enduring harassment and unjust treatment at the hands of her administrator. Lord, we ask that You would be her shield and her defender. Protect her heart from bitterness and discouragement, and fill her with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. We rebuke the spirit of intimidation and evil intent that is at work in this situation, and we declare that it will not prevail. Father, expose any unrighteousness and bring justice in Your perfect timing.

Lord, we pray for wisdom for our sister as she navigates this difficult season. Give her the words to speak and the actions to take that will honor You and protect her from further harm. Surround her with godly counsel and support, and open doors for her to share her concerns with those who can advocate for her. Restore her passion and love for teaching, and remind her that her labor in You is not in vain.

Father, we also pray for this administrator. Soften her heart and reveal to her the error of her ways. If she does not know You, we pray that she would come to know the love and grace of Jesus Christ. If she does know You, we pray that she would repent of her actions and seek reconciliation. Lord, we trust in Your sovereignty and know that You are working all things together for good for those who love You.

We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.
